@Twocylndr off topic, but does that old rule book go by the center of the ball or edge of the ball for determining in/out of the kitchen? (could be for any game in it...)

If you have control of your cue ball you can position it for the 4 where you contact the six after and have access to two pockets for the 5. Or you can position the cue ball on the back side between the 6 & 9 for a shot in both corners or perhaps the side pockets if either the 6 or 9 is contacted.

Nice interview! I was the first customer Bill was talking about. It must have been 20 years ago.

Bill doesn't upcharge for his pool glasses. He even tried to get them cheaper than his regular glasses, once he learned how cheap us pool players are, hahaha. I've been buying glasses from him since the 4th grade in 1988. It's his regular price. He is old school, and cuts all the lenses in the back on his own equipment. His price is definitely higher than the stores like LensCrafters, but I keep going back for both pool glasses and regular glasses since 1988 in 4th grade.
