Interesting how it refers to a jump as a foul. Jumps were legal where we played. No jump cues back then. Just your daily player.
We used to spot balls that fell on fouls or scratches, not just move on. CB always in the kitchen. Only push you got was after the break.
Not sure without seeing the whole rule book, but I wonder if the jumps referred to in that rule meant balls jumped off the table as opposed to jumping the cueball. I always understood jumps were legal with the legal non scooping stroke as you say. It was just done with the playing cue as opposed to the jump cue.

Yeah, my college Biology professor for one and it's not even necessarily that all germs aren't bad. Your skin and especially your hands and fingers emit oils that protect your pores from allowing bacteria in. Washing too often washes away those protective oils.
Its been a long time since I've stopped by but I hope everyone is doing well. I received notice that Vimeo is discontinuing its Video On Demand service in November and all access to anything anyone has bought will go away. This is not my choice it is something the hosting platform has decided to do despite me paying yearly to maintain the service.
I have set all of the PPV videos to be able to be downloaded by anyone who has bought them. Just wanted to give people a heads up that if you have ever bought any videos and would like to keep them you should go download them before November 21.
Going forward I don't know what I will do with the videos that were on Vimeo. All of them have music that would get nuked by Youtube so not sure thats an option. If there is an option on Vimeo to just make them all public I'll probably do that but I have not gotten that far yet.
I'll check back on this thread over the next few days if anyone has any questions but the above is pretty much all the info I have from Vimeo. I can't answer any support questions on downloading or anything regarding the platform that has to go to Vimeo customer service.

FYI, Vimeo is discontinuing their VOD (Video on Demand) service, but they have an alternative service called OTT (Over The Top) that works almost exactly the same way. I recently converted all my instructional products to the new service. It was a painful process, but people can still purchase and download my instructional videos just like before. I also played Predator Carom table. I don´t know who makes(maybe SAM billiards?) it but i liked it a lot. Gabriels is the best what all say though..
Royal Pro suck ass imo. Simonis 300 or 330 or Gorina are best ones.
Royal pro isn't bad and in my experience, it changes less over time than Simonis 300 or granito.
Royal pro is also ~1/3 the price of Simonis.
I really like the top end Min table. Hollywood tables are top shelf too and it seems they've pursued the American market over the past years, as they are I a lot of rooms.
