You know what 'Effect' means, 'English/Spin/Follow/Draw/Power/Least Vibration'!Does ”maximum effect” mean most transmitted power? Something else specific?
What effect?

Testing for ESPN?There are a couple of upgraded, manned cameras on the main table now. Before there were just a couple of robo cams. Maybe the streaming image will improve.
Psych: they just took'em down. I guess they were just for Natalie.
How could they do better? The draw is the draw and it CANNOT get any better than that. Shaking my head.I didn't say anything about rigging a draw. I am not sure how MR does do the draw. I would like for its system to be published.
I do think WNT could do a better job with the draw that does not involve rigging.
Any specifics? Personal preferences or the same for everybody? The cue feels solid comfortable when it strikes the cue ball.

Does ”maximum effect” mean most transmitted power? Something else specific? In 3c, a cue that gives the player the, 'Maximum' effect to the CB with the 'Least' amount of effort!

The NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA basketball and football, World Cup, and all other legitimate mainstream sports have a common through line: the tournament seeding is based off of performance, not marquee matchups.
After I got my TS cue, it immediately dawned on me I should have switched to lighter cues long ago.And it also why I quit playing with an LD shaft entirely and went back to Natural Maple.
I want my squirt to be predictable, not so finite it's hard to measure it.
I play with 2 shafts and really light butt that is nothing but a piece of wood with a 3/8 x 10 pin in it.
Plays better than anything I've ever played with. Total weight 15.66 ounces. My cue ball is on a string
and much better than when I played with 19 or 18 ounce cues. Everyone should give this a go and
see for themselves. The cloth we play on today is fine and cue ball rolls forever. No reason not to go lighter.
In 3c, a cue that gives the player the, 'Maximum' effect to the CB with the 'Least' amount of effort! We often hear how good a cue’s “hit” is, but I don’t recall ever hearing what the “hit” is. Can it be described in more detail? Is it specific objective qualities or just the overall experience of hitting a ball with it? Can the difference(s) between “good” and “bad” hits be described in any detail?
Thanks in advance for any insights.
