It's not just the size but shaping the sides as well to at least a perfect circle. I previously used a box cutter and a sand paper for cutting and shaping and a tip tool. It's annoying. Right now I'm using a small Dremel as advised from a fellow member. It's much better and faster than a having to manually use a sand paper.
