How much do they usually cost? I have few shafts with the dotted ring.

I will not be using the celluloid billiard ball for pool play. Rather it will be preserved to only be shown as a representative in the history of billiards. I would like to know what these carom balls are made of in the attached photo. Can anyone tell me. They are from the 1890's.

The 7 and 5 are the same shade of grey to a lot of people. Get unfortunate with how the numbers hide themselves and it's a recipe for unpleasantness.

Boring to watch? Sure, I can see that. But many would disagree that it's boring to play. People enjoy it for many reasons, including the added layer of thinking (patterns, shot selection etc.) required over rotation games.

In general (and steering a bit offtopic), I'm happy with any discipline gaining popularity that promotes heavy thinking. Most of the next generation will be half braindead within 10 years from all their social media/AI overdosing, so might as well push a bit against it.

Some enjoy pool as a purely intuitive/fast sport, while some enjoy to think more. Both are fundamentally fine, just a matter of preference. Catering towards masses in maximizing views will always favor faster games though.

To my knowledge, Pia Zadora never played with a carbon fiber shaft.

Savannah is 3-0 over Fisher…
