I appreciate your gracious response. And your spiking the football, complete I hope with the end zone dance, is appropriate! ;)
Dennis, I saw your Dad and Uncle at my Aunt & Uncle's auction in Corsica in August. They were interested in the coins. He may already know about an auction in Lake Andes on October 3, which has a huge amount of coins, possibly 10 times what my Uncle had.

Can I get my profile to quit showing silver. I'm paid up for 2 years again. Some says silver some says gold, my avatar shows both. Am I missing something on it?
hey. Thanks for the info on the forum. If you'd like to play some pool for fun in a smoke-free club in Taipei (or maybe an afternoon at a smokey place) please let me know! My level is around C or B level and I like to play 9 or 10 ball.
Feel free to SMS me: 0901314794

Thanks,

Hey Gary. I have a case with your name on the back of it. It's a 2x4 case and was told it was a J Flowers case. Just trying to verify that it is a Flowers case and about how old it is. If u want u can call or text me at
570-730-8033 if you want. My email address is dbesch2@yahoo.com if you want to answer that way.
Your help is greatly appreciated. Thx, Denny Besch
Cardit,

I have not tried the vantage but the taper has me a bit wary. Honestly, almost every pro who uses a predator, plays with a 314-2/3. I like the way it hits and will probably stick with a 314 shaft on every cue I own for the foreseeable future. If you are used to a pro taper, the predator is going to be a lot more conducive to your game as well. Do you already play with an LD shaft?
Hi,

Saw in your signature that you're using the 341-3. I'd be curious about your thoughts. Did you try the Vantage, too? I'm contemplating getting either and hearing from someone who uses one might be helpful.

All the best,

cardit

Thanks for the green. He shot quite well and I think he beat me 9 - 3at the 1979 Rocky Mountain Open held in Colorado Springs.
I like the hit of Mezz shafts, though never tried the WX900. I think I did the WD700. Great hit, but quite a bit more deflection than the Z, for example. I guess according to what I said, the non clear tip might have a hair less deflection. That clear pad weighs something. Mike Dechaine wanted me to put an extra clear pad so he would have *more* deflection! You can message me on FB if you want. Kerry McAuliffe. We are probably friends lol
Hey Larry
Tried sending you a PM but your PM space is full
Your tip pkg will mail out Thursday morning

Yes I'm the pro player. Or I was for 10 years anyway and I'm back playing full time now and considering playing most of the bigger tournaments again. Like a lot of good players I don't really know a ton about my equipment and what makes things work the way that they do so I appreciate your help. I do believe it was a kamui clear that was on the shaft that I liked. Predator actually sent me two so I'll just have the tip cut down on one so it has less mass and get one replaced with a kamui clear and see if I like the way either of those plays. for now I'm playing with a mezz wx900, soft black kamui, radial pin, and I think it's a little better than the predator z shaft I had used for years.
I wish I could offer you more conclusive answers, but I have to say what I know and what I don't know. I can say for sure though that the tip *will* influence deflection. I personally play with a Kamui Black clear medium, generally on the taller side, and very round. This setup works great. I plan to try the Ki-Tech medium hard as my next tip. Hope this helps. LMK if this makes any sense lol.
