Let me start by saying this is a great internet company. A couple of months ago I ordered some stuff from Bebob. They contacted me about my order and informed me that a book I wanted was in a reprint. They offered to refund that portion or I could get something else since it would be a couple of months (mid March) before they would have the new print. I choose to wait. Several days later I received the first part of my order. I haven't really given it much thought since, but to my surprise when I checked my mail this morning WOW my book was there. Just as they said.:thumbup:
I can't remember the lady who I spoke to but she was very helpful and seemed to be on top of the orders. I never thought that I wouldn't have my order filled, but I thought I might have to call and remind them since it would be easy to forget being I forgot myself. I am very impressed with the way they handled this and not forgetting. Plus they didn't charge me for shipping on the second order.

I have used them twice and both times were perfect.

They have outstanding custom service, a very nice catalog of all sorts of pool-related material (I ordered the PAT books), and are very quick to mail your order. I have never heard anything bad about their operation.

Same here, they have an EBay store and after your purchase you'll get a small catalogue in the mail every so often. Lots of special offers. Pretty decent prices considering the cost of an instructional video.

Bebop publishing had a booth at Valley Forge. They carry many titles that others don't normally stock, How to be an APA team captain comes to mind.

After buying my jump/break cue and Stealth J/B shaft at the show, I picked up the Great Break Shot by Charley Bond, which includes the entire Joe Tucker racking secrets book. Hopefully this will be a good foundation for me to work on break shot part of the game.

I have ordered several books from bebob. I ordered them over the phone.
Good company great service.

However I have an issue with their website. Their website does not do SSL when processing credit cards , I will not give my credit card number in plain text over the internet.

This is an easy thing to fix I don't know why it is still that way.

Anytime you give important info over the web make sure its encrypted, SSL.
