Everything tastes better with green peppers.
50 years ago, Japan's products were low quality too, back then everything was branded "made in Japan", ask your parents, then Japan overcame this period, from a cheap labor country to high tech country......Japan started it's industrial revolution since 1945.
South Korea experienced the same thing 30 years ago
China was in 1978, that's 33 years later compared to Japan, so just wait to year 2040, then we will see.
50 years ago, you looked sown upon Japan, 25 years ago you looked down upon South Korea, now you look down upon China, why did you make the same mistake again and again?
Yes but China is quickly becoming known for poor quality dangerous products.
QA seems to be severely lacking in that country. they seem more than willing to add anything to a product if it will bring a better bottom line even if it kills the people that use it.
I do like the way they deal with the people that do those things though
When a country (China) has to stop its manufacturing for a month so the air will be clean enough to have the Olympics you can also believe they have no regard for the rest of the world.
I like my Predator but do not know if it was made in China.
If I offended anyone for my funny....I apoligize
I was just trying to point out the U.S. is in a recession Americans are out of work.
Hmm lets see why... because Falcon Predator Meucci etc. are giving the jobs to .......ALEX I'll take obvious as the nose on my face for $1000
So my fellow AZ'ers help educate the other un-informed people out there.
The next time your out shooting and someone rolls up on a Harley with an eagle on his chest and pulls out a cue made in china. Let him know
I'm sure he'll do the right thing
China?? Well that explains why the shafts are coming in crooked.
My friend has ordered 2 times from predator and both times he has had to send them back due to a warped shaft.
What a shame..:frown:
Oh NOOOOOOOOO China Vs. USA has started again, please make it stop! I promise I would never do it again, I swear! :crying:
lol

Yes he will. He or she will tell you that it's their right as an American to CHOOSE where to spend their money and on what. He or she will probably tell you to get out of their business.
I find it sad that those who want to wrap themselves in the flag won't allow other people to live under the freedom that flag stands for.
China did not stop it's manufacturing for a month. Los Angeles also had to undertake massive efforts clean up it's air quality when it hosted the Olympics. The Chinese government did however order that factories stop emitting pollutants and/or put in pollution control systems and they did ban the use of certain materials so that they could try to get the air clean enough for the IOC's standards and for the visitors and athletes. This shows a lot of concern for the rest of the world.
Again, CHINA is 50 years behind the USA on a lot of these subjects. The ONLY way to get them to catch up to the western world's standards is to INCLUDE them in the world society. If they are excluded and ostracized then they really will disregard the rest of the world and the next world war will be fought when China uses military might to take the resources they now trade for.
While I do agree that we should support American made products as a part of who we are and supporting our local business person. What I don't understand is the mentality that because it's made in china that it's of inferior quality. I believe it's very arrogant of us to believe that one factory worker is "American" and the other is "Chinese" the Chinese product is inferior.
It seems everyone has this notion that any Asian billiard product is inferior, guess I'll just have to disagree.
Before everyone flames me, realize I love this country. I have served in the military protecting this countries interest now for more than 20 years. So yes, I am a proud American and therefore support the freedoms I have fought for, to include free enterprise.

The last time I checked, consumer prices were based on competition and value - not cost. If you can make a widget for $5 and charge $1000 because competitive products are around that range and you have a good value, you'll flip a lot of goods. Sounds like good business to me.
I hear ya, at least you have an open mind and can see both sides of the story. I should have never started this thread, lol.

Generally speaking, Harley riders are super patriotic.
I would have to disagree with this LOL. Yes there are some Harley riders that are super patriotic, and some that simply like the look and sound of a Harley. But a great number of them have simply folded to the peer pressure or have bought in to the great advertising that Harley has done.
Dont get me wrong, I do like Harleys and respect what they have done. But lets face it, they are way over priced and for the most part not as reliable as the metrics.
I ride a Honda for several reasons. It looks just as good, if not better, it is incredibly reliable, rides smoother, and was bigger than any Harley than I could buy. Oh yea, it also cost about a third of what a comparable Harley would have been.
And my Honda was made by Americans in Ohio. Unfortunately they will be moving production back over seas :sorry:
Woody <- not trying to get into a Harley-Metric debate, but I don't think the real reason most people ride Harley is because they are super patriotic
