i hope to meet some of you when you come to this little town, that has become too big for me.
anyway, in country tradition... please PM me and i hope we can hook up.

and to all, if i can make your stay here more enjoyable it will be my/our pleasure - and for sure you too ken.
also if you want we can have some games at my home [will try and be open 24/7 - 1 table, 4.5x9 set up by RKC], my home is not at all like fatboy's, but nice [or, not to bad - i hope].

I'm thinking about trying to go out, but damn it gets expensive going to all of these. I'm thinking about trying a Scooter move and go out there without a room and jump from room to room with whoever will have me, any volunteers? LOL J/K I guess theres always the lobby, lol.
3 years ago. I forgot what room i was staying in in the Circus Circus and the room was not in my name. My phone was dead and i couldnt find anyone.
So i lay down at 4 am in the lobby on one of the benches with my cues and about 10 minutes later they told me i had to leave. So i wondered around till people started coming out of their rooms until i found someone i knew to call my buddy to find out where i was staying.
Any way, I couldnt get any good sleep in the lobby of Circus Circus. And for me in Vegas, that was a good night.. dont get me started on other stories :grin:

I have never been to the VNEA nationals before so we are really excited to see what it will be like compared to BCA. I guess there is some big banquet the VNEA puts on every year and makes a real big production. It should be fun!

I'm going to VNEA. Ex is coming to stay with the kids, part of the time. And my brother house sits part of it. So I'm set for the trip. Best of luck to all the AZ'ers at all the tournies this year,{except the ones who play me, HA HA!!!! } Bring some titles back to the board with you.

I'm closing on selling my house and on my new house April 24th. With all the moving it is gonna be a stretch for me to get out there, but I'm gonna try.

If I was goin to BCA, I could have been a cheerleader for Trigger, and hung out with Derek and Watchez. I may have to change my flight and my entry fees.

We'll be there from the 20th to the 26th. Can't miss the Chips and Suds party. Scotch doubles and been hoping to take the ref seminar if time permits. Hate to admit it but, this year I qualify to enter the seniors.
Grrrrr.
First time in Vegas and don't know if they have an AZ room but I'm hoping to meet as many fellow AZers as possible. Will be staying at the Circus. I messed up and booked us at the beginning of the tourney and had
second thoughts, as most of the players we know will be there for team play and the second half. Now a change in flight plans will cost us about $300 more.
Oh well, thats what happens when you let the men touch a road map or make travel arrangements.
Be nice if there were a central meeting point to get together.
I'll be the shaved head guy wearing cheesy bowling shirts all week so I'm hard to miss.
