What do you guys use to hold chalk in your case?

Chalk Holder

I have a magnetic chalk holder I have used for years. I came across another type with plastic sides, so I pull the magnet off my clip and put the plastic square onthe top of the chalk. One cube small, no mess at all.

I use the retarded crap from the kitchen, but then I'm... uh...

Oh Man...PJ, your such a RT for using what you use  RT, RT, RT...Holy Cow what a RT

I use a small rubbermaid that my wife used...it fits 4 pieces of chalk nicely and seals up great......Oh wait....thats kitchen stuff too.....im such a RT;)

I also got a small plastic tin the lid screws on it that I believe a big cookie came in that my son got in school...it will hold 6 pieces of chalk...

When Bval runs out...

of his boxes....

there are a couple of different varieties of plastic cubes you can get in a store like "Hobby World"... for those of you that still need one.

I like the chocolate idea though!!

Bval...... is that something that you order somewhere? Or are you a distributor??

I have used BD chalk for quite a while and every time I order more I get new boxes.

BVal.....I will let you in on a little secret.....your only getting thrashed on here because your such a beautiful man....were all jealous cause were ugly  Its tuff being a hater:p

I'm sending him a blue diamond box with a couple pieces of chalk in it. That way he can test the chalk and will have a box either way :).

BVal

That will cost him some money, once you try Blue Diamond chalk for a while a person is not likely to want to go back to Master.

I also sent him a website where it is not so expensive to buy.

If you're really concerned about it, ziplock bags are about the cheapest thing to use. I put two cubes, marked with my initials, in the bottom of my top pouch in either my Whitten or my Porper. With stuff on top of them, they don't move around and don't get chalk on anything else. Also, in the Whitten, I cut the foam that came in it in half lengthwise and leave it in both pouches so they don't collapse.

if you buy something small from seyberts (like jp's or blades for a mushroom shaver) they send it in little plastic cases that appear to be made for chalk. ironicly, i have never seen them other than the ones i carry. i have one that hold 2 pieces perfecly, can squeeze 3, and one that holds 4 perfectly. heres a picture, its in the middle with the piece of chalk on top.

HI Guys

I just came across this thread and thought I would share what I use for holding chalk. I use a plastic case that router bits come in and the chalk fits in it perfectly. It has a slide on cap that contains any dust. The only thing that I had to do was cut a small hole in the bottom to push the chalk out sometimes.

I just throw it in the case pocket. Screw it I can't see down there anyways.

I also just use the 12 piece Master Chalk box that they came in. Fits right in the large pocket. When I'm out of chalk I get a new 12 piece box.

I have a pocket chalker, and I just turn the cube upside down in it when I am not playing. I carry that thing around in my pocket all the time when playing away from home, in league or tourneys where there is dead time between matches. I just flip the chalk over and it not only keeps my case clean, I don't get chalk all over my clothes whlie I'm waiting to shoot.

I got some of these from Royce as well. They are great!!!!

Other options shown later in that same thread. The guy that does the Eurowrap has a leather wrap that holds 2 pieces. Some great prices on eBay.

Another fancy option could be a lipstick holder case. Of course you can't beat the BD box.

The 35mm canister will not work. Almost the perfect size except like placing a square in a circle. I tried. The 35mm canister does work for quarters though.

This seems like a no brainer. Not retarded. It works.
