Rodney morris vs stevie moore/ corey

Sorry I thought this was the actual TAR challenge thread started by dm (Worst thread ever)

Gamemaker you are cool in my book. I got $1000 on Rodney if the pro plays the amateur on a neutral table even on TAR.

What Amateur are you talking about?
Donnie is far from it..
I would have to say that since CB makes his livelyhood playing that he is just as far (might not be as strong, but that is his profession). And man does he have a set!! He is an absolute freaking gamer.. I want to see Chris and Chewy play some.

U mean chewy from N.C.??

Why would you want to see that? I like Chew and he plays really well but that would be an epic slaughter.

Really? I like him and I did not think there games were that far apart. Chris is just a lot more active in the scene.

what happened to the Donnie Mills game? are they going to play?
Mills was doing some heavy duty talking, did he change his mind when someone called him on it?

Id like to see him play just to see whats the hype :)

Go to youtube.com and type in Dennis Hatch. There is a video of Hatch and DM.

hey donny, its amazing how after getting another offer how now youll play the game! I just wanna know what made tonights trip any different from the last time you went? Or what you had to hear before you figured now youll play! I mean you went to rocky before and im sure he told you the same thing this time as he did before! Non the less i will make this final offer like a fool, but i will anyway! How bout while in vegas you have chris represent you and we flip a coin! Heads you play the ten ball game ,tales you get your 9 ball game as previously stated! Or option number 2. You take chris and if he wins you get your game! If rodney wins we play the ten ball game! After all that we been thru i think thats more then fair!and i will sign in front of tar to this arrangement!!!

That's his M.O.

Chew would need a wild and the last 2 or 3 playing 10 ball to even make it a game......IMO

Off topic but I couldn't help myself. I read something here that reminded me of blog that I recently read. My grammar seems to be acceptable but my punctuation is atrocious. I read a "language rules" blog that's done in a comedic manner because sometimes I learn things and sometimes I can laugh at my own stupidity. Anyway, here's the blog entry from their archives that I read the other day.

“Moot point,” not “mute point”

I haven’t heard this myself, but my friend Celeste has and it’s so hilarious it deserves a blog entry.

Apparently Celeste has heard people say, “It’s a mute point.”

That’s “mute” pronounced “mee-yoot” as in remaining silent.

The correct term is “moot point” and the correct first word, its spelling, and pronunciation is “moot.” Like adding T to the end of what a cow would say.

And what is meant by “moot point”? A moot point is one that need not be decided, due to a change of circumstances. Very interesting, because the word “moot” by itself means “debatable, or subject to discussion,” the opposite of its use in the legal context. The shift in usage is slowly happening, starting here in the United States.

But what’s this about a “mute point”? As Celeste reports to me, some people say this thinking it means, “Let’s put the mute button on and cease any discussion on this.”

Wouldn’t it be funny if the term evolves this way to become correct? After all, with the ubiquity of remote controls and mute buttons, a “mute point” may make more sense than a “moot point” to someone who’s not a lawyer.

For today, however, it’s wrong. Say “moot point” and try not to stick a “y” sound in there.

where do you come up with i went to capones before today?? Not true. I saw rocky at hammerheads over the weekend for the tournament (not at capones) i told him how i talked to you thursday and you wanted me to let you know by monday or tuesday if i would play the game offered at capones.

So i drove to capones tonight and hit some balls... Then i came here and posted i will play.

Either way if we play or not i don't mind.
all i know is rocky called me and said you came up to him and wanted to know when the table would be done and that you wanted the table raised etc... Rocky told me that he told you he wasnt gonna raise the table and didnt see the concern since you had played and won on that table in the past! At that point i decided that it was becoming a headache to make this thing happen! You knew the table and you knew it would be tightened up,so obviously its gonna play different after its done! Thats why waiting for your answer became a non issue, and to all the bloggers donnie did meet the deadline, wheather it be by 5 hours or 5 seconds it did get back to me!

Well this is what I know...Chew got the 8 ball from one of NC's finest and played like 8 ahead for a G-Note and lost in something like 45 mins to an hour. The guy that beat Chew is the same guy CB beat at the Derby a couple years back. Soooo by association Chew is gonna need the wild 8 and 9...maybe the breaks too to even make it a match.

I myself would like to see CB play Keith Bennett on TAR..... Can someone set that up? Keith came on here and woofed for a minute and disappeared... Chris is so mad at his money that he might play KB and Chewy back to back on TAR. Line up a whole team of guys and Bart may play a week long extravaganza on TAR, lol.
