I first met watchez at the Derby and recently went on a trip with him and this is without a doubt as far from the truth as you can get. He would have and could have bet more money than 90% of the people at the SVB vs Frost match. You are right about sponsered players having modified cues because I have talked to them and personally asked them about it but Shanes cue is 100% Cuetec from the factory just as anyone else could buy.

No where I have said that SVB had a modified cue, my words while loosely used were in no way directed at him. It was a general statement that was intentionally taken out of context by Steve and John Barton and used to create drama. I really should not have even responded to the comments but I responded in a similar fashion and gave them the Drama they wanted. I watched the match on TAR, I heard just like everyone else that Shane's cues was a Stock Cuetec, in addition I read Fatboys post a few days earlier where he said the same thing.

The rest of what was said, well only time will show who was right or wrong, I am a firm believer that action speaks louder than words, and that is something we both can agree on.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with me, and for the information about Shane's cue, I do appreciate it.

EDIT: I would like to add some text in this post, since I have received both positive and negative comments about it. Some people feel that it is in very poor taste to use the "old man" reference, and that it is wrong to trying to ridicule someone because of their age.

I DO agree that it is in very poor taste, and I would not have written something like this to him if it werent because he has, numerous times might I add, said to me and other posters on this forum that "you are too young to know" and "when you grow older you will understand". When people are using arguments like that I see nothing wrong with shooting right back at them. If he is disrespectful to me and others on here, people shouldn't be surprised if someone is disrespectful back. Respect is a two-way street.

My question is this... after visiting their site, I was curious why there was no information on them signing SVB. It appears the site has not been updated in well over a year.

You would think that signing SVB was a pretty big deal to them if it has been in the works for 2 years. Why would they not spend a 100.00 to have someone update the site? I would think a large percentage of their customer base is Internet savvy and frequenting websites for updated info is pretty standard.

I believe they are in the process of launching some much larger ad campaigns (TV & Print) which will include Shane and Allison. I believe they are thinking larger than just their website since that is not where most people purchase CueTec cues from anyway.

Whether you read my posts or not doesn't effect the content and it certainly doesn't hurt my feelings. I have had little contact with you on this forum anyway, and while you have added some valuable content to many threads, you are no more valuable than anyone else who posts to this forum.

Your use of the term old man is not offensive in any way to me personally, age is the natural process of life here on Earth, some day you will be wise enough to understand this, so please don't apologize.

If you want to apologize for something, apologize to the forum for stirring the pot in Grady's threads and intentionally creating much of the Drama that ensued. This is where you showed your Ass, your age, your lack of wisdom, and your lack of etiquette when dealing with some one twice your age.

Throughout this thread, I have not made a single negative comment to you. Yet you have attacked me on more than occasion, and in all cases you did so by parroting you Buddy watchez. Now this certainly detracts from your character more that any comment you have made in this post.
Parroting some one simple communicates that you have difficulty expressing your point of view without the support of another's comments to add credence to your own. I suppose you don't have the confidence at this point in your life to to simple speak your own thoughts with out the need of support from others.

The lies that he has spewed to try to get away from the original erroneous post that he made about SVB and his cue and simply admit that he was wrong only further shows his lack of character. And he will continue to spew these lies as this is all he knows. He will attempt to make up some facts of what he thinks is the truth but far from it. If he had any basis to any argument, he wouldn't have to lower himself to name calling and lies. Many people learn that their word is something that is important to stand behind, others like manwon simply go thru life lying to others and unfortunately and ultimately to themselves. Lying becomes natural and pretty soon they can't tell what is real and what is not - especially in their own lives. When you were able to see his posts, you could understand that manwon is not highly educated. Hell, your English as someone that grew up in Norway is even far superior to his - both written and spoken. It is sad when you see someone struggle to communicate in their own language.

I would like to give him the excuse that he has become a product of his environment. If you had to sit in a pool room each night, empty of customers and the only thing to do was to watch reruns with the TV blasting to fill the silence of your empty business or look at the internet, then it might happen to you as well. Fortunately, people like you and I have successful businesses and don't have to worry about that. Others have no business sense, are worried that they need a customer to buy a bottle of water instead of giving out a free glass in order to get thru possibly another month. They should just admit the inevitable & go apply at Walmart.

I am going to put him on ignore as well as there is nothing to further discuss with this old man.

Again as I said to Roy, whether you read this or not really is not important because you will here about it. Watchez I actually pity you, and because of this I can completely disregard your foolish comments off handedly, because they are only a product of your up bringing and the way you were taught as a child.

I have the most important things there are in life which are financial security, and a loving wife and daughter nothing is more important than that. However, you will never experience any of this, because they can't fit in your pocket and because your so proud of your Bank. You have done nothing in your life to compare my accomplishments to, you can't even openly speak unless you have the support and attention of others to give you strength which is very sad. When you leave this earth no one will care, and you will be remembered for nothing simply because that is the sum of your accomplishments and your entire existence.
