Help with identifying Palmer cue

I am wondering if someone can tell me something about an early (1965) Palmer- made by Eugene Balmer. Doesn't have the Gus Szamboti points, it is brazilian Rosewood(forearm) with mother of pearl inlays, the butt is same with . his early nickel silver joint. collars on the shaft,joint, and 2 sets of the same collars pearl dots -plastic butt cap. I rolled butt dead straight. in a brunswick single square case. price? mark

It the Brunswick case is a squarish tube style case with the cap held in place by a strap, that will be worth $150 by itself in good condition. As for the Palmer, unsure without seeing it. Need pictures.
 
My brain won't let me sleep- I'm so nervious

I've been reading about Paradise,he used nickel silver as well- I'll have to measure the thickness of the silver pin,and the bk sayes the wall thickness is narrower than the brass used in the day.Under paradise it sayes he made customs,this could explain the front ,(solid rosewood-no ring at wrap meaning full splice,and rosewood butt ,with like 30 large pearl cicles- the butt circles look like balabuska Patterns. It has a oil Finnish on the front. Did George use silver for the joint ever? Dark wood on the shaft,piloted. The plastics or acrylics,and aluminum 1/8 inch rings on butt- make me lean towards Paradise and the no rubber bumper as well. The wrap is almost hair thickness thin for green and white. thanks in advance to any and all that have helped so far. there is another cue but this is finished and has the brightest black,white, red, I think another color veneerer -into straight grained maple. I was pretty upset because of a friend having his 2nd stroke. the sun was out but I was gloomy. the bk says Rambow's had no bumper like paradise with a flat head screw, slightly recessed- please be a Rambow. thanks mark

Doesn't look like a Rambow, we are still going to need more pictures and better quality. I recommend better ambient lighting so there is no wash out from the flash and to use the macro feature on the camera. We'll need to see a close up of the joint pin, overall full cue picture, and a close up of the butt cap and sleeve from the bottom side. If you browse around AZB in the "for sale" and "cue gallery" section, you'll see some good examples of pictures and shooting angles that are commonly used to display cues.

It certainly could be a National Cue, but it could also be a Rich at this point I would not take any bets. The cues pin has me confused it looks like a 5/16 -18 and most all Rich cues I have seen were 5/16-14 except for the late models that were imports.

Ricco Cervantes worked for National and Gandy before he made cues on his own. This cue looks like one of his from one of these two companies, early 1970's. The joint work is kind of unique.

National it is - with a few extra's-

Having Richard Helmsetter, Craig Peterson, Bob m. or ricco Cerventes is ok for me. I can see the style in Adams,1970 butt design,and someof the plastics-caried on. but Nation produced 600 very well made cues(1967) 1965 R. Helmsetter sold out his only 12 cues, established himself at Johnson City. IN 1966 at the US OPEN he took 100 cue orders. mark- any value quotes? mark
