Anybody going to the Mosconi Cup?

I'll be there with another pool player. the entire card. Here's a couple of ideas. First, we should all go to the little bar in the back of the room and do a good luck shot before the first day of the matches. Then, a fun little exercise to get the room started. Normally, MRS does a quick camera and sound test before the players come out. I'm sure I could con the folks into letting us do it as a group! You walk the same walk as Dennis and the boys. That would be kinda cool. Yes, stand in line early as many get there way earlier than you would think. I'm just hoping this year that there are no reserved seat garbage. I'll have to remind MRS again. Finally, we need a decent cheer. I've always hated the U S A thing as it reminds me of WWE pro wrestling and the 3 teeth in the front row (20 people...). Any ideas ????

If you have the means to go and are just trying make up your mind on whether to go or not, I can tell you that the quality of the AZer's going will make it worth the trip. Then of course you have that little thing called the Mosconi Cup that would also make the trip worth it.

I have it on good authority that Frank, Vagabond, Tina, and Corey are all very nice folks and I also happen to know that you are also one of the good guys. Make the trip. :wink:

I am all for meeting up at the nearest bar and having a drink with all of you, sounds like it will be fun. :smile:
 
For any poker fans, There is also a WPT event that week at the Bellagio. I'll probably stop by the Bellagio during the off time to check it out.
 
So who is going to arrange a meet and greet someplace?, maybe dinner or just a power hour. :smile:
 
I say we meet somewhere at the MGM. That way maybe we can get some of the players to come and BS with us.
