Hey AZer's,
This is the Happy Cue...
Just makes you tingle...
So nice I've owned it twice..
Barry and I think this is the nicest contrasting Rosewood/Rosewood cue Gus made. If you been lucky enough to have see others, you'd notice they are mostly very dark and the outside black veneers is hard to see..
Gus fans enjoy this rare piece of Art..

What a beauty of a cue.
I do not know about making me happy but it sure makes me feel...
I think I going to need to use that towel...

Where in the world are all of these Gus cues coming from all of a sudden?
Seems like we may be up to about 6 Gus cues that have popped out since the US Open.

Thanks for posting the pictures.
Myron

Ken,
Its just not fair. You have shown off so many
seriously big cues already. Now you post a rosewood on rosewood
Szam???!!!

Are you trying to make us all jealous over here?? If
so, its working! :-) This cue is HOT!!! The bright yellow veneers really
show the contrast in two beatiful pieces of rosewood. Great cue!!!

I have seen many Szamboti cues over the years, both fancy and simple like this cue, but this is my favorite cue to date, I absolutely love the simplistic beauty of the wood combinations and the Veneer Colors.

Thanks very much for sharing, all I can say is Wow!!!!!!!:bow-down::bow-down::bow-down:

WOW - the rosewood in the forearm realy looks fantastic, never saw something like that.
Congrats to that beauty, and it´s understandable that you had it more then one time

Hi Bernie,
I can't disagree with you...
That Rosewood GSB was my favorite. Wish I never let it go..
It's in a wonderful collection now..
This cue may not be as fancy, but the Rosewoods are the nicest I've seen..
Best,
Ken

Beautiful indeed. Any idea what type of rosewoods were used in this cue? They really look good together and the veneers pop out even with the lighter rosewood. The veneers look like they are yellow green orange black, is that correct?

After speaking with Barry, we believe the forearm is Honduran (Lighter)
and the points are either Indonesian or Brazilian (Darker).
The veneers are Black, Orange, Green and White.
The older finish makes the White look a little yellow..
Being able to see the black veneer so clear is the special part of the cue..
I hope everyone enjoyed seeing some of Gus' work..
