*** Official Mosconi Cup 2009 Thread ***

After that display I don't think Ralf is as huge of a favorite as he was an hour ago in this upcoming match. Oscar has some confidence now, he made some great shots down the stretch.

Nick Varner looks like a genius now. Mika and Ralf cannot play in the next three singles and the worst they can do is 4-1. Things could not be better for USA. Of course Oscar could snap off The Kaiser.

USA was well prepared for them to pick Oscar. USA picking a strong player on Europes side gives Oscar a chance at an upset and a blow to Europes confidence!

Go USA!

Ack, Jim does not look well. I hope he is OK, he is a super cool guy and has done alot of great things for pool on this side of the border.

Daggonit USA, this is awesome.. Let's not get cocky.. Play like your down until it's over..

The stream is fantastic too! A few random chops but overall very very good!!

Rowan Atkinson commentating?

That Brit commentator (the one that just spoke with Jim Wych) looks like Mr. Bean...

Someone who treats pool more like a business then Ralf? I would say Archer is up there.

anyone else notice that Oscar won the Turning Stone event in August 2009, while Ralf won the Turning Stone Event earlier in February 2009?
