$12,000 added One Pocket! T-Town Classic Feb 4-7th 2010

Weather is supposed to start getting bad tonight I believe back in NE Okla...I may be able to fly back tomorrow to make it tomorrow night and this weekend....I have to fly back to St Louis for another week though:(

With 37 players it should be over by Sunday

The Super Bowl is February 7th - doesn't anyone look at a calendar before they schedule an event.

Another thread states that there are only 37 players there. The auction was suppose to start at 7 p.m. so?????

I wonder if the 12000 was prorated on a full field of 128>?:boring2:

The weather did not get nasty and the forecast wasn't for nasty... just wet and cold. I believe tomorrow (Friday) is supposed to get light snow - maybe even an inch or two - with temps above freezing, which basically means more slush to walk through in my yard.

How many players? How's the weather? How did the ring game go? Sorry, I was playing beer pong last night...

Like I said Mark - this was a bad idea to schedule this tournament this weekend. The bottom feeders in the region that would go and support and play in the tournament won't show up. They rather stay at home and hang with their buddies and watch the most watched TV event of the year then donate to a tournament. Now if nothing else was going on, they might have been apart of it.

Also, not sure how many places they are paying but with $12,000 added if they wanted a big field - they should have advertised and highlighted and arranged to payback at least 35% of the field. That would have gotten more players on the bottom end as well.

They got 64 plus up in Peoria for this weekend?

With 12000 added you think they could play everyone. Last place through 33rd get their entry fee back and work your way up from there.

Hell Earl Strickland went for like a 100 in the calcutta.

I forgot they don't have any real football teams in Oklahoma.

Make all the snide comments you want but 37 players tells it all.

The 7 percent must be at River City

Nearly 70 players up there already PAID.

They must be at River City this weekend, watching the Super Bowl.

We just stopped back by the house for Gene's cues and I saw this post.

Aaron Bolling's first match was against Scott Frost. He won the first game, but lost the match. He stayed in for a few more matches, before being knocked out of the tournament around noon, today. He played very well and we look forward to watching him in future tournaments.

Next up on the stream table is Chip Compton vs. Jeff Carter....

Match starts at 4pm central.
