Rob, this is the picture I posted to you as to how you'd fix it, and all you saw was the formica...LOL

This is why my tooling and plywood jigs as you put it, are so important when it comes to doing this kind of work. There's no equity in replacing the Formica as I'm not into "restoring" the rails to like new condition, just in making them play better.;)

The quality of your work is hard to believe! Nice Job!

Not to bad for a rookie...LOL Glen I have some rails that were cut into small pieces with a chain saw, then dropped of a cliff, any hope?

Gotta say that does look damned good Glen. You never heard me say you can't make it work, the pictures do speak for themselves.

Rail Tooling

Geez that is an amazing before and after pic Glen. How are you buddy? Coming to Texas anytime soon? Would love to have my table fixed with your new tooling!

Chris

Glen - that is just as clean as it comes. Perhaps there IS some merit to this "King" thang

Any chance you'll be making an East coast swing? I will be in LA the first week of April. Got any jobs in that area??? Hate to ditch my family at Disney but it would be worth it to see this tooling

Robin

P.S. will you be posting the after pictures of those completed tables? Would love to see them!!

Robin, if you liked them pictures, wait until you see these:thumbup:

Check out the "before & after" thread in the main forum;)
