These shots are a good illustration of a developed "whammy" stroke. But, it's not all in the tip: (1) the cloth makes a huge difference; (2) Since lots of these are draw shots, a cue ball that is lighter than the object ball (even slightly) will give more action; (3) anyone can put together a video like that with enough time
At some point I in the past I feel like I have made all of these, or some variation of them. I know I posted a number of them years ago. Some are long gone, but here are two that are still around:
Number 8, shot a few times with my back-up cue and a moori medium [2008]. Cloth is decent Simonis 860. With a faster cloth, the cue will draw a bit longer (and below the side pocket).

Here is number 14, shot a few times with my normal playing cue with an
Elkmaster! [2007] This is a tough shot just to MAKE! My table has 4.5" pockets, and at the shallow angle, just pocketing the ball is pretty tough.
