I thought it was gonna be over 70,000 sq. ft. finished?

I'm a little disappointed it's only 65,000 sq. ft.:p Sure came out nice...that bed looks like you could put stripper poles on each corner.:D...you probably just put the wood posts up for the photo...

Btw, those bushes look as level as a pool table...fantastic!

I would like to see what's in the garage...only an eight stall? that's it...I'm sure you have more cars than that...you must keep the rest in LA?

Columbian druglord!!!!!!! Seriously, great place. I have stayed there on occasion & it's the stone cold nuts. My family & I can be there, hanging out in the pool, taking evening walks around the perimeter, etc. & never see Eric & his gal. There is the case of the grounds keeper.....reminds me of Mr. Sneaky from the movie Mr. Deeds LOL. He's everywhere. And yeah, it is kind of a halfway house for pool players. Eric is the most generous & accepting guy on the planet. Reminds me of my grandma. He'll feed anybody, just happy to visit with folks.

Nice to see you sharing pics, Eric. You are a lucky dude.

He did LOTS of work on the entire property, to the tune of millions. Most of the buildings were unfinished when he bought it. I wonder if Dipper will chime in here and tell us how rich he is and show us his pad. :)
Now he knows what rich looks like. I would guess that the furnishings alone in the main house are worth more than Dipper's entire bankroll.

P.S. Eric didn't show you his Rolls Corniches (2) or his Lamborghinis (3), plus other assorted wheels. By the way, Eric has a beautiful home in West L.A., so he won't exactly be homeless if he sells this place. :wink:

Eric and Kelly have gotten a ton of work done on the place! I was hoping for pics of the big banquet room(s).

Since Eric really doesn't like to brag, here's an older pic of the fleet.

I may have missed it somewhere in a previous post but I still can't figure out what FATBOY does for a living or how he got all his mullah. I don't know him, never met him, only read his posts. From those and the "What's in the case" video with Samm Diep he seems like a normal guy. I've seen Cribs and Lifestyle of the Rich and Famous, and Eric's place blows a lot of those properties away.

So c'mon just for curiosity how did FATBOY get so FAT?

I've been reading that Vegas is a real estate wasteland and it won't get better for a while.

In any case I wish you good luck with your sale Eric.
