I'd file suit.
If the person is streaming and has advertisers, I'd also have a few "friends" ask him about it in the chat (if he has it). If they don't get an answer they can always ask the others in the chat what their opinion is. Many advertisers do monitor the streams they promote. Nothing obnoxious but it would bring the point home.

This whole situation is about BigTruck and Cmbwsu. I think i got his name right, not sure.

I want it clear this has nothing to do with me or TAR or anything we are associated with. Couple of posts in this thread were kind of open ended so I want it right up front that we have nothing to do with any of this.

Although I have been called a loser by a few for watching Pool videos and my response is always...post up or shut up. When they ask me what I play, (typically awaiting for an 8-ball or 9-ball response) I say any game that you know all the rules for and think you can beat me in.

I was spammed while watching a match on Big Trucks stream tonight by someone with this same story.
It was an anonymous post in a private message and wouldn't answer who was posting it. In my opinion this gives little credibility to the whole story. Why are they willing to post specifics when they are anonymous, but not willing to give any information when we know who they are?
Big Truck (Ray) stated on the stream that it wasn't true and he had never borrowed any money.

I know part of what is going on behind the scenes and wish that the person being wronged would come forward with his story, I think with some urging that will happen. I will admit that I do dislike Ray and for what I feel are good reasons as others on here have there negative feelings about him. I try to be personable and friendly to everyone and that included Ray at one time.
He got into streaming from a strictly biz aspect and that is fine but do not bad mouth others who are streaming and do stuff to those people behind the scenes that are not needed, there is no need to be arrogant and rude. Little does he know one of his first gigs was given to him because of me, I suggested him instead of doing it myself because I did not have the time to do it. In return I got all types of little moves put on me, I know more then he thinks I do because people came to me with stuff along with what I experienced first hand and that some people have seen also, I just wish they would come straight out and say it.
I know TAR is a biz and I have always had respect for them and what they are doing, we get along just fine and I have no problem promoting there stuff on my stream and sending people there way and hope they feel the same because as a large group we are all stronger. I am personable with every streamer out there besides Ray, I wonder why that is and I wonder why others have had the same problem. Frankly he should be a man and apologize for acting the way he has to some of us.
The story I got was that he was loaned around 8000, he was sent a check for the money plus he got another 2000 for billiard product that person purchased from him at full price to lend a helping hand. The money was for equipment cost, the guy wanted to help to get the biz going because he had no job. The fact is the guy can prove the monies but has nothing in writing stating it was a loan and not a donation.
Do you guys actually think someone is going to just donate that much money for someone to start a streaming biz?, it was a no interest loan and a couple others were privy to this loan. The thing is he got money from the guy, he says its a donation and the other guy is saying it was a loan, IMO the guy should be paid back.
I doubt he will speak about the loan and admit he got the money, nor will he do the right thing and pay the man back. I hope that man comes forward and post here but possibly due to some legal action he is not. This guy did him a solid and now that man is just getting the shaft. I think the lesson to be learned here is to get everything in writing because someones word or a handshake the old school way means nothing.

If you noticed, once he found out about the behind the scenes spamming, how he came out and stated that if anyone wanted to see the chat, they would now have to log in.
Not sure you are familiar with what happens when you log in, but you can now be identified and banned by your IP address.
I would think that since it was a spam message that was directly accusing Ray of wrong doing, that the person is probably "on the list" and probably couldn't log in in the first place.
Although, making people log in didn't stop Cleary, and DerekDisco from repeatedly talking about 8k and busting Rays stones on the stream, even after he asked them to stop, at which point, Ray came out with a denial.

Agreed. The hypothetical is just that. Ray has always struck me as a straight shooter and I have no reason to doubt the OP either. So I'd say facts is what is needed to make judgements.
However this all sounds like it either needs to be sorted out privately now that it's in the open or sorted out in court. Unfortunately I don't think either person is going to come out ahead or happy on this.

Unfortunately, with the OP not saying who he gave the 8k to every streamer was guilty until proven innocent. I'm glad Justin came on here and said it wasn't him, but until he did I'm sure a lot of people, myself included, had him in the line-up too.
I disagree. You knew people would discover who was being "hypothetically" discussed but didn't want to name them directly. By doing it this way, you forced all the innocent parties to come forward and defend themselves unnecessarily. That's not cool.
As for the hypothetical situation itself, if it's true that someone is trying to steal $8,000 by claiming it was a donation when it clearly was not, then I hope justice is served with the heaviest possible hand.
I think most of us have a good idea who is being hypothetically attacked and it most definitely is not TAR. I just hope the accusations are founded or this thread should be burned....

Well I am probably the only guy on here who knows bigtruck and gammaray personally and Mr. Bob from the streams. All I can say is NONE of these guys have ever done anything to me personally. I have helped Ray and the bigtruck show on a number of occasions and never asked me for anything. I hope all of this gets cleared up soon, however it will not affect me and my continued support of the Big Truck Show. All I can say is that until you know all the facts NO ONE should pass judgement about any of this. I have personally had Big Truck to my house to eat dinner and meet my wife and kids. I never at any point did not take him as a straight shooting nice guy. Ray thanks for what you do for the pool world and I hope you and Mr. Bob can 1 day look back on this and laugh. In closing I want to state that my wife and I have absolutely nothing against Mr. Bob either. Now lets get back to pool see ya in New Iberia.

i would first off like to say im not taking sides. i have no issues with any parties mentioned and further more am not in direct line of conflict. truck has helped my stream out ALOT. we went from fuzzy to hd just by his gentle nudging with nothing asked in return. we have actually had donations toward our streaming of around 2k so it is possible that someone will donate. next topic is that this should be settled between the parties invloved. none of this middle school BS. i have been getting annonymous spamming messages on our stream for the past 2 weeks and i dont appreciate it. breaknrunz/bigdogatlarge has done nothing to anyone and we dont appreciate flaming spam. be adults and settle this in private between each other and if worst comes to worst then take it to court. if no contract was written the "person" who "loaned" is s*** out of luck(no offense intended. i have been there myself) but dont defile the streaming and billiard world with personal drama. i hope all the parties involved work it out. i vote for this thread to be closed and removed
