I'm 64 years old and wouldn't be caught dead dressing in most of the items listed on your sign, but I've got to say that list is absolutely ridiculous. Why don't you just ask everyone to wear tuxedos... It isn't 1950 anymore.
How a person dresses is a form of communication. We have a staff of 40 employees. How we dress is one of the ways we communicate respect toward our patrons, the place of work, and ourselves. I require the patrons to display a mutual respect to one another and to my staff. If a person does not understand this concept, I don't need his business.
