Wow!
Anyone who doesn't see that it is $500 a game should sell there cues and get a math tutor.

Unbelievable logic here --- they are playing $500 a game. Period
If Jeanette wins a game, she wins $500
If Jeanette loses a game, she loses $500
Playing 6 ahead just ensures that someone will win 6 games @ $500 game = $3,000. ANY other logic you have on this is simply flawed. This is not a auto worker finishing 40 games and then thinking they won $100 a game.
If I ever played Jeanette or was involved in anyone playing Jeanette, I wouldn't mind playing her 6 ahead - but I would limit the amount of conversations she is allowed to have with her posse during and in between games to one 5 minute conversation every 4 games. This would include phone calls with her posse as well. This would also include bathroom breaks as well. She can have a 5 minute conversation OR a 5 minute phone call OR a 5 minute bathroom break every 4 games -- her choice. Anything longer or any other interuption by her posse or towards her posse is loss of game.
I understand that also, but most of us cannot give up work and family and play pool for three straight days. I understand it is not about us, my point was that there are other options to guarantee than no one breaks even after 20 hours of play.
... How does B reply to C's question? ...
How about we approach it from a different angle:
2 players play (6 ahead for $3k) for a long time and A ends up beating B 96-90.
Railbird, 'C', asks 'how'd y'all come out?'.
Does C reply:
1. I lost 6 games @ $500,
B. I lost 96 games @ $31.25,
or I lost 90 games @ 33.3333333333.
It is a trick question, you see. C does not reply.
How does B reply to C's question?:sorry:
What the hell is wrong with saying I won or lost $3000 and leave it at that.

In her defense, she gets alot of attention by fans, sometimes innocent doe eyed fans who are clueless towards what is going on. Not saying that its acceptable to play an opponent who has constant distractions that interrupt play regularly, but I would argue anyone who gets into the box with her has to know this is coming and be willing to fade it.
she was gambling one time and a little kid came up and asked her for her autograph. She stopped play and instead gave the kid some promo cue she had and autographed it. This story was on AZ sometime back. Ive also seen her in person her in south florida and it does seem that people come out of the woodwork to see her play and to get near her.
I didn't say a word about some fan or kid coming up to her. That would probably have a negative affect on her game.
Please uwate tell me you have more comprehension than the people in this thread that don't understand what 6 ahead for $5,000 mean.
