JB Cases

A commission. The name was done by taking one of the Brunswick logos and crafting each letter by hand using only the letters BRUNSWICK from the image. I had no actual font. The end result has a similar appearance to the Brunswick logo found on many of these cases.

The case itself is a hybrid of the two most famous styles, from the 1949 catalog, the Expert with no tooling and the Aristocrat with some tooling.

We put our UltraPad interior inside and of course it's sealed so that a common problem of those classic cases with the bottoms coming out won't be a problem with ours.

The tooling is our original design inspired by the look of yesteryear.

I've always loved this style of case but would never trust them w/my equipment...until NOW! Nice job on this case, John.

I like it a lot! The lettering really shows you going the extra mile on this beauty. There's gotta be some sort of titlist going it that baby! Great case!

Very Nice Case, I'm pretty sure where that one is going and I can't wait to see it in person. He's a terrific young man and his Dad's not too bad either! Sweet Case!

Would be nice if you could put these out like you did with the Flowers and GTF cases, would be a good seller I believe.

Thanks, unlikely to happen though. I had a plastic tube in the rectangular shape that I used for the interior. I picked it up from someone else and I don't want to invest in a new mold to do more of these.

I probably won't do any more unless I can score some more tubes from my friend.

The original way was to use leather bonded to cardboard and form that into a rectangle. I don't want to do it that way.

So I gather. The whole package is a pretty amazing gift. What's going inside the case is something truly rare and special.

You are correct it's all pretty special!! Of course we cannot speak of what is going in the case yet we don't want to tip off JM he's probably reading all this... The greatest part is to see a Dad and his son hanging out playing pool and enjoying a night out together. JM is a real nice young man, quiet and respectful, you get the feeling that your seeing something unique and special with the two of them!

when I saw these cases I immediately ordered a few,4 o5 but John needs to sell 10 more at $500
each in order to justify the cost to get the forms made

As much as I like the cases,I think they are the exact style that I like from the old Hustler movie

But at $500 each I can not buy 10 more,if you like these as much as I do,please order yourself one.for i am afraid that I will not get one myself

Take a look at these closely as I am sure they are the nicest ever and we will all be glad that we stepped up and got one
Just like Paul Newman and Jackie Gleason in the movie, except these are quality hand made high grade
cases for us to cherish for years and pass on to our sons and etc

i have never been a big fan of your posts here on azb.
But all of that aside;

this has to be on of the most beautiful cases i have ever seen.
Had i not recently purchased a very nice custom case i would certainly want to order something simmilar to this one from you.

Good luck in all you do,

your fan
dean

no rush, next week will br fine
please acknowledge order

Ok Dean, PM on the way. :-) Life would not be near as much fun without you in our lives. You are the breath of life to cue and case makers!!!!

That's a great case and the lettering is genius.

Its funny, I had a Fellini tube like everybody in the 70s and thought it was everything I need and nowadays just couldn't imagine going back to a case that couldn't hold the 8000 tons of "essential" stuff I lug around in my super-fine JB now. Otherwise this would be the case for me. Again, the lettering is just so smart.

Thanks

Kevin

Well I will pray that you get more of those tubes. It seems there is a demand for them, IMO this is one of those cases that are timeless and classy.
