Great looking cues, good luck with the sales Doug. I live in KC and have played and hit a lot of Doug's cues and you will be hard pressed to find better playing and looking cues for the price point of the beauties Doug makes. He is also a stand up guy that delivers on his promise to make and back fine playing cues.

Super nice looking work Doug...the butterfly cue is sick!! Love the flame veneers combined with the ebony and ivory. Super clean...

I was always under the impression that when a cuemaker put inlays at the tops of points, the main purpose was to hide some kind of "flaw" at the end of the point...and I'm pretty sure that really is the exact reason it's done sometimes...

HOWEVER, the inlay at the top of the points in the bottom cue are done "correctly" in my own opinion...they are clearly at the uppermost tip of the points - such that none of the point is "overlayed" with the "inlay"!

I suppose that was a really weird way for me to say I REALLY LIKE that bottom cue and think the overall design looks fantastic!!! ;) I really like that celtic cross (??) inlay as well! Very very nice!!!

Great looking cues Doug, man your work just gets better and better!!!!

Good luck with your sale

I have been looking these over for two days now just sort of churning them over in my mind. Both are really nice.

I dig butterflies. I really do. And that first cue just screams!

But the second one...ah....now that cue I dig. Very classy looking.

Great cues! Love the top one. What are the woods in the top cue? Does it have red or orange, or both (I'm colorblind).

Thanks.
