I like Ralf Souquet. His rock jumps back and dies better than anyone's.
How about Larry Nevel.

I spoke of Bustamente b/c he has a good break, uses a lower spot and english on the CB in order to pot the 1 ball in the side on the break
Dunnn51...Just FYI, sidespin is not required to pocket the 1 in the side on the break. It's all about the right speed, and good contact with the head ball.

Do any of the top pro's have a bad break? Maybe except corey playing 10 ball ? All of the top players tend to really hit them square
Has Shane slipped or is everyone else finally just catching up?
LOL.....really.......Let the world know when SVB catches up to Johnny Archer....Shane is a World Class Player and a Favorite any where he goes. But World Class Players like Johnny Archer, Busty, etc..... Have been winning Tournaments and World Titles for 2-3 decades........And are still favorites any where they go.
I can't believe Jeff De Luna's break hasn't come up in this conversation: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a7ZwcqSSCr8

Okay okay... probably not the most consistent but definitely one of the most powerful I've seen.
But yeah.... not betting against Shane.
svb and ko pin yi has the best 10 ball breaks

I am not familiar with too many Asian PRO's , there are many that have great talent. Pool is truly a world-wide sport/game.
From my limited observations, Ko Pin YI seems to have a style much like SVB. BOTH like to load the kinetic energy in those long cues for a smooth break. He is very consistent. I've noticed that he does leave clusters a bit which he needs to negotiate. Overall, a solid player! I'll have to watch for him now.
Thanks for your post !
