nope they will all be behind poker machines with their bonus points cards stuffed in the front of them working on building up points for that next buffet , nobody can over come that.
Nice piece, wonder if it will bring some fans to watch.
Not even on opening night?
Some of you know that I run a tour that is not pool related - it was written up on the front page of the Wall Street Journal, additional video and artilcle linked to their website and then linked to front page of yahoo, msn. etc. etc. It wasn't like this new breed came out for the next event I had. The notoriety was nice for 15 minutes.
Sorry JAM - love ya but there is really nothing schweettttt about it. People just need to be realistic. Until pool gets back on ESPN to replace things such as the Spelling Bee National Championship they are showing tonight, there will not be a dent made.
If not they should take a page from KT and hire some. Im sure they are encouraging players & staff to get their friends, relatives and unknown strangers into that arena.
It should be like a new pool room-If you dont kill'm opening week, you are probably in big trouble.

The funny thing is that I live in Las Vegas and I've been in the Cue Club, Pool Sharks, and Mickey's several times over the last week and I have yet to see a flyer with information about BB yet. NOTHING..........LOL
No promotion at all in the local pool rooms, if they are going to fill the seats at the arena it's going to be with the other teams involved with BB, not even the BB website gives the address of the arena.
I saw Mad Max last night at Mickey's and even he did not have the address but he was able to give me basic directions on how to find the arena![]()
So do you know the address of the Bonus Ball arena. Please post it up here if you do.
Their website says this:
World Professional Billiard League
6745 Surrey St
Las Vegas, NV
89119, United States
Wow they updated their website, thanks for the information
Every time you go on the BB website, with each click, two players photos come up on each side. It's kind of cool. Very detailed photos, BTW. I hadn't seen Earl Strickland in a long time. He looks so different now!

Overall the website is very cool.
The only thing I can't understand is the complete lack of promotion in the local pool rooms by the BB people. You think that they would be trying to get a big crowd there cheering on the players to raise the excitement level in the arena.
