If true that's good for them, and I'll probably watch a few matches. However, if I bought a yearly streaming package I'd be a little ticked that the rest of the season is free.

Explaining as well that nobody in our business had a clue, but that they at WPBL figured it out. They were better than all other promoters, than the sport itself, didn't need the AZB community or any of the traditional games to sell countless hours of their production to networks around the world.

WTF? That isn't 'saved'. What dream world is this?

Until there is a confirmed release that acknowkledges everyone has been paid in full and there is some indication of where EARNED MONEY comes in, it remains a friggin merry-go-round.

Based on comments from his fans, there seems to be a lot of belief that Scott had A LOT to do with getting it going again.

Well, since they are 'fans', wouldn't they have a highr than averag opinion of him? :confused:

I hope Scott does grow to become a mover and a shaker in the biz. I think his personality would help him grow into a driving force for any venture.

With all the traveling you do, you should try drinking cherry juice about 20 minutes before you want to sleep. What I did find strange is I checked a few other players pages (Corey, JA, Tommy K, Stevie M, Larry N) and found no new posts on the matter. Has anyone seen any other than Scott's postings on FB?
 
IMHO Bonus Ball has been another Pool Experiment that appears to have gone wrong.

Maybe Scott is right about what's going to happen, but he probably jumped the gun and was not supposed to make any announcement. The WPBL I'm sure wants to make any announcements themselves, and the other players are waiting like they're supposed to.

This just in . . .

The price of lobster is already dropping, and American lobstermen don't like it one bit.

Many American lobstermen will tell you that they have to catch a lot of lobster to make any kind of a profit. "Everything else is goes up except the price of lobster. Your fuels going up all the time, your baits going up. Everything associated with the business is going up."

Part of what's driving prices down is another record catch this spring by Canadian lobstermen. The low prices led to the lobster wars last summer, when Canadian lobster processors refused to take American lobsters from Maine. :eek:

On a good note, the Maine Lobster Festival will be between July 31-August 4, 2013.

I believe BB is attempting to put their best foot forward right now, hoping to put out any fires currently burning at this time.

Some people got hurt with this latest turn of events, but others hope and believe that they have something to look forward to. :p

Personally, I'd like to see them succeed. The recent news that the BB players will not be penalized and will be free to compete in all events is a step in the right direction, I think. That's a good thing. :yes:

I think we all agree that the website is first class, and the excitement the team play generates is cool. :cool:

Everything now is speculation, but we can all hope for the best. We will just have to wait and read all about it when the new press release comes forth, so stand by. ::smilewinkgrin:
 
Every year in the USA, some one has a great idea for a business, or product that they know will make millions, and people sometime invest their life saving into such an idea, and ventures.

Most peoples ideas, and business fail in the first year, some strike it rich, others loose everything.

There use to be a TV Show on Reality TV, called "Pitchmen", where would be inventor brought that British TV Pitchman, Anthony Sullivan a next great product to make a million bucks off of. Most product ever made it passed the showing of it to Anthony, and his team of experts.

Some of the product pitched to Sullivan and his team I am seeing being sold on TV now, but as I said most never make it past the pitch to Sullivan.

Pool IMHO has had it share of failed ideas, and product to make the Pool Plays life simpler. Remember the famous ATROX TOOL, by Diamondback Billiards. With its Snake Fags, and it was the Tip Tool to do everything better. Company, and the Atrox Tool are both bye bye.

Bottom line is if people with ideas, and money keep trying to do something good for Pool, sooner or later someone has to come up with an idea that works great.
