man I woke up this morning and really wanted to try to make things rite.. The more I read these comments from these whack jobs the less im interested in working anything out.. The only good that came out of posting this publicly is wads told me he was out a cue also, I sent him out a cue today that's worth double the cue I bought from him, so hopefully he's happy.. And trust me im gonna tell him personally not to mention anything here on az.. I didn't do it for anyone here on az or my reputation, I just honestly felt bad he got screwed.. I guess were gonna both lose out here james, if u wanna try me in small claims court ill see u there!!

Hey, if he has $10k in cues lying around, and no cash, he could have sent you a cue worth a couple hundred as a gesture that he was sorry for the problem that his Mother caused you and him by not leaving the payment on her card. I mean, you KNOW that she knew he was good for it. She is his MOTHER, for Pete's sake.
Mr. Daniels should not be upset by anything anyone says on here. As far as this thread is concerned, there is only one person that he needs to respond to and take care of...NSAfellow.

Perhaps this local attorney could pursue this in a small claims court. Or maybe you could use a Tahoe vacation. Generally, a small claims court can award several times the damages and travel costs associated with the hearing.You could sue him for the max amount allowed by Small Claims court, if he doesn't show you'll get a judgement, collecting the judgement will then be the issue and it doesn't sound like he has any intention of paying you a dime. Sure, it pisses everyone off, especially you, you're the one that's out a case and funds. It's unlikely that you'll ever see any money from this person and unless mom calls the police it's unlikely that he'll ever face anything criminal for this - as of yet, she has had several months to complain and there is currently no complaining witness.
I'm afraid that you may have to write this off. But if it were me, this is something that I'd never forget. The billiard community is rather small in the big scheme of things, I think there's a better than average chance that your paths will cross at some point and his path is almost sure to cross with other members of this forum, and reasonably quickly, and some people are pretty pissed, there's no telling what might happen. When his rep is soiled enough, not only will he have a hard time selling or buying anything else, here, on ebay or anywhere else, but if his part of Cal is like it is here, it'll be hard for him to even enter an event.
You may not get the money you're owed, but given time I think you'll get your satisfaction, everyone will.

I was told that when someone charges on someone else's credit card and they deny the charges, when there is proof that a "bonafide" sale occurred and the unauthorized user is clearly identifiable than the bank offers the card holder the option to press charges or honor the claim when the merchant is out the money and the goods. The lawyer said, NSA has enough to presue that on his own with the CC company and will have no issue getting them involved.

What accusations? The message above clearly shows you admitting guilt. Nothing more shocking than the arrogance of criminals such as yourself.
So you are saying that your mom stole NSA money? So should he be calling her to get the money? Once again you keep bringing this on yourself. There's no reason "mom" would have disputed the purchase when she was supposedly paid cash in exchange for her son's use of her card.............unless her son told her to dispute it or never paid her.
Well the thing is it's been several months and none of these things have happened. I doubt that it's beyond the statute but the amount we're talking about is the amount of the case which I believe was $80, I doubt the bank fee will be recoverable. A bank can't press charges or offer someone the opportunity to press charges they could only testify on behalf of... or offer evidence in support of..., any criminal matter would have to be pursued by the office of the District Attorney or the office of The City Attorney, depending on the local laws, and for petty theft of $80 that would require mom to testify against her son, I just don't see it. I would think it's just more bother than a DA would want to put on his or her plate You might want to name mom in any civil suite but I can't see her being held liable for any damages. I think it's pretty likely that she'd be dismissed as a defendant in pretty short order. Just as a matter of principle I can see perusing this to "the ends of the earth" (as it were), but for $80?
To me that would be a sort of a Pyrrhic victory. I might just want to wait until I came across him at some tournament or event and offer him one chance to pay up or knock the shit out of him then bang his girlfriend

When you found out that your mom disputed it why didn't you just pay the man? All you had to do was get the cash back from your mom and go get a postal money order from the post office. It's pretty simple.
Your room owner might not like the idea of you provoking a fight in his/her room. It would cost more than $100 to get out of jail too.

Dude, stop it, you've already got away with someone else's property and sold it, sound to me like if you really did pay mom back you at the very worst broke even, and NSA is doesn't have his case or the money that you promised.
