I will be back with Mark tomorrow night at 9 PM Eastern for TAR Podcast #44. Main topic of discussion will be the upcoming TAR 36 match between Mike Dechaine and Jayson Shaw on Sept 27-29. We will be discussing some other things as well but I want to keep it fresh so it doesnt turn into the same old thing every time. For that I am asking for AZ's help.

What topics are you paying attention to in pool at the moment and what do you think would make for an interesting discussion? Please post them up and we will do our best to get to them.

I have found an interesting sales model used in the custom knife world that I am curious if it would work for custom cues. We will be discussing this as well as some other cue related stuff.

I hope you can join us tomorrow night at 9 PM Eastern on www.theactionreport.com

Will MD and Jayson be on with you and Mark? Oops...dumb question, MD is at Turning Stone

If a conflict arises, how will you handle it differently than in the past? I only ask this because someone always picks on Mike and causes him to act out. It isn't his fault and I can see Jayson coercing him into some sort of altercation.

Is the level of promoter cooperation getting better or worse since the difficulties Bonus Ball presented?

are you saying that he is not responsible for his own actions ....I can't stop laughing

Will they bet on the side?

Is there any side bet between MD & Jayson? There has been a lot of woofing going on....what's the side action?

Hello, TAR.
Thanks for another upcoming TAR discussion.
My question is for Jason Shaw:
You are one of the fastest (and great) players out there right now

What is your aiming "system?"
If you say, "I don't have one," then how do you "approach" your sight line when you shoot?

Talking about a Legend

JCIN and Mark, I really enjoy the Podcasts.

I like when the incoming players come in and you both interview them.
I like getting to see the players talk and getting to know them, with "No Negative Waves".......grin

More than anything I like the stories on AZB, like this week on Toby Sweet.
But they are just words on the internet.
Maybe you could have a small segment where you talk, bout one legendary player on each podcast.
Harold Worst, Richie Florence, Eddie Taylor, Rags, Lassiter, Danny Medina, Nasty.

I look forward to listening to you guy's tomorrow, BarneyCalip

Let these two get into a full blown knock down drag out.... Well, until Mike starts taking the worst of it after about 11 seconds, then blow this PPV into a full blown recreation of the Revolutionary War. Get paid.

You remember in Escape from New York when Snake was in the ring about to fight the huge dude and they threw in baseball bats with spikes and trash can lids for shields....it will be a lot like that.

I like where your head's at, JCIN.

Do you think it would be possible to have a scotch doubles with 4 of the top shooters. Example: shane johnny vs francisco alex. Just throwing it out there.

With all the talk about gambling being bad for the sport, is the elimination of gambling really a positive for the sport? OR should we find a way to embrace it then attempt to bring to main stream?

I know this may be a dumb question but opinions vary widely with many stating the gambling seedy side of our sport is it's downfall while being one of the single largest factors our sport will not successful (like golf or poker). However, the same people who say this when given the option to watch a live tourney stream for $$$$$ or a gambling match for $$$$ would almost always choose the gambling match. Both streams containing top tier players btw...

When are we going to get a straight pool match to 1,000? :crying:
