At this stage I doubt that we'll ever know the actual details of what, when, where, who, and how this entire saga transacted from this thread.

One thing is evident and that is that many people posting in this thread have a vested financial and/or emotional interest in keeping all the facts from being known and are saying just enough to justify their own actions and interests. That's fine, but I've been around too long to accept the PR piece. :wink:

Well, I think what people are overlooking is that Barry paid extra money to people.

Out of his own pocket. Don't know why that wasn't mentioned.

I know, and I respect that. My only point is Johnny had to slap on a kimora or triangle choke to get Barry to pay... then it's not "Hey, he paid... story over."

That clearly wasn't the story and if that's that... that's your choice and the choice of those who know what went down.

If it were me and something really, really shitty went down and I knew about it, I'd say something... but that's just me. I don't worry too much about side affiliations, alliances, protecting the supposed innocent, etc., when it comes to calling a spade a spade and protecting future players by putting out a public service announcement.

If Barry was a creepified jerk and tried to worm out but only didn't out of extreme leverage.....let's all discuss it. That was my only point.

I know you don't want to post anymore, and I respect that. I think I'm just overly fed-up with the horsesh1t of snake-like promoters... starting with BB and ending with any other promoter who air-barrels (or tries his heart out to, albeit unsuccessfully).

"Sometimes" is correct. :smile:

In the case of attorney/client privileged information, while the attorney is bound to confidentiality, the client can say what he pleases. And the vast majority of "confidentiality" agreements entered into as part of settlement agreements in tort cases are protecting the defendant from disclosed wrongdoings.
