Your right it u want pool to succeed in a reality TV series but as far as it capturing a audience at the turny level it would be very hard to accomplish because there simply not that many entertaining pool players ,, So it's important to "Real Eyes "to have something more entertaining than watching grass grow such as 2 shot push out
That's why they have made for TV games like 9 ball

Well you have a funny way of defining "better player" but I think I get your point :)
Add corey's creativity and knowledge to shane's game and you'd have a monster.

Awesom post Cree, i see exactly what you are talking about with Cory!

I look for Corey to give a very good showing tonite in the 9 ball, as we all know, The breaks are going to heavily favor SVB!

I dont really care who wins tonite, i just hope that Cory doesnt get blowed out of the water and SVB has to fight hard to win! And other words a great match!

Shane's. 9 ball break & run % was low in the US Open 9b this ... I think
 
19-5 and Corey at the table. It's been a looong time since he shot last. That was a 7 or 8 pack by Shane I'm guessing.

I got to the stream late. I watched Shane push out and somehow got back to the table and has broken and ran like 7 since then.

And as soon as I say that, Shane misses.

Corey's break has been awesome, but unbelievably he has made mistakes on layouts you would think he would always run out. Those mistkes were costly.

JCIN, as a guy that plays league 9-ball, listening to Joe Tucker is great. But much better would be listening to him as it's loser racks. that's what we all play...
 
Such a boring game to watch. Exhibition 9/10 ball. It takes no thinking, at least 8 ball and one pocket they must think some.

And for Pete's sake if these guys are going to play 3 days in a row, make it mandatory they change clothes.
 
Who is the guy shooting around on the table during the intermission? Looks like a pretty good player
