Darren Appleton Responds to Money Match Challengers :-)

EVERYONE gambles in the Philippines or you won't get a game!

P.S. We may get our wish very soon. Stay tuned for Darren vs. Dennis Orcollo. It could happen shortly, IF we can get all the pieces in place!

Hope it's a better story than Dennis' last gambling episode relayed here.

Nothing wrong with me. I find it funny, just like when in the pool room, lotsa woofin, little playin.
That's why I like pool, it's funny, if only there was more money.

dont worry about me i will play... am not a pool room hustler.. when i say i play i get up and play simple.

next two month i will have little practise due to things to do at home and few tournaments in between..

but come march onwards i be ready to bet alot of my own money and for that reason i will make sure i am 100% ready end of jan i will have my own table at home i will practise everyday for a month to get ready .. so if i lose no excuses.. i will dust up and reload and play again...

Save your breath with his guy, Darren. JUST. NOT. WORTH. IT

Orcollo is a more appropriate opponent for a champion like Daz. He shouldn't waste his time with scufflers like Rodney and hatch. Quite frankly, it's beneath him.

Waste his time? If they are willing to bet it up then its not a waste of time. Its called making money if you win. Daz is obviously looking to match up for the money more than the pride. If there was major money in the tournaments, I doubt he would even be looking
to match up. As he would feel that it would be beneath him.

Good thing this guy isn't his agent:confused:..He would never be in action unless Orcullo wanted to play...Why wouldn't you want Daz to give Hatch another try considering Hatch won the last time. I understand that you're saying Hatch, Morris and everyone is so far beneath him it's not worth it, but wouldn't that make it more worth it?? Dennis did win a long race of 10 ball last time he played Darren, I would think you would want a rematch with Hatch and get revenge..Why is matching up beneath him or anybody else for that matter?? That statement just makes no sense at all...I understand you are a huge fan of Daz as we all are and love Darren's play, but the things you are saying are ridiculous..

The degenerate element.

As has been stated here ad naseum, I'm no fan of gambling in pool, mostly because of the element it attracts and the negative effects it brings to outside sponsorship (but that's for a different time. I don't want to derail this thread)

didn't Hatch throw $20K on the light @ Vegas? or was i smokin' crack WED night?

Marcus Chamat and Mika Immonen spent months in Philippines many years ago, playing every day.

yeah i saw mika a lot of times here in Quezon City before, i dont know who he was playing though.
hey daz, when you coming back to manila? last time i saw you, you were practicing at Star Billiards. that was 2011, world 10-ball i think.

Pal anyone who gambles and is out playing pool knows you will gamble
And if you play hatch or Morris I like your side
If you give me the 8 I like me. Lol

Before you start calling someone who recognizes Shane Van Boehning's pool playing skills a "nut hugger" why don't you try getting someone to teach you how to hold a cue?

We've already seen how you spend a good part of your life declaring your disrespect for pool. For example:

"snooker players view pool as a game for girls"
http://forums.azbilliards.com/showpost.php?p=4465926&postcount=47

. . . but the moment a "girl" ('JAM') called you out to play her you backpedaled at 90 miles an hour with "I'm a terrible snooker player".

It's pretty informative that 'Hungarian' is the only member here who has expressed a liking for you. It's downright sad how the two of you pollute a serious thread with your trolling.

Lol. Did you ever answer my question about whether you've ever played snooker? I can't remember seeing a reply.

A simple yes or no is all that is required.

Yaddie....woof.
Business is business.

Pool match ups are no different than choosing a GOOD business relationship. If you do good or not, you should be willing to doing it again, providing both sides show respect for each other and the GAME. Any matchup should have Player Responsibility Rules implemented First, then rules of play second. Private edited recording to assure quality. If one player goes off the air, all funds to be awarded to other player, minus set up fees for video.

Harold Worst was one of the MANY pool players who could bet their money.....
.....and remain honorable

Harold Worst was UNIQUE. To this day I've never seen a man like him in the pool world. A great player and a great man. He was respected by all the players, tournament or hustler alike! I've never heard of another player so respected, except for Greenleaf, and he fell of the wagon way too often. Worst was a straight arrow.

You're not an intelligent person.

I've lost interest in responding to you. Your only objective is to pollute this thread with your stupidity. Why don't you have your own threads with a title like 'Pathetic Shark's' trolls for today instead of injecting your garbage into everyone else's threads?

Awww. I was an 'internet sensation' yesterday.

Still, glad you've finally admitted defeat. Well done.

100% woof thread.
Glad DAZ stopped in and said he can play in late 2014, as he has work and a job to attend to until then. Pool must not be a priority.

I am completely surprised though that DAZ did not offer to play SVB a set of BONUS BALL in the all around, considering it's the best game they (bonus ball pros) have ever played, I sure hope Larry is reading this thread, he may ask why bonus ball has never been mentioned by none of these guys.

Darren and I have made 2 games from this thread
