I am off to DCC and I am excited to play. Hopefully I'll get to play some of the best in our game. With all the top players going to be there here are my picks for each division. What are yours?

Banks: Tough one here but I am picking John Brumback

One Pocket: Another tough one but I am picking Alex Pagualyan

Nine Ball: Shane

Master of the Table: Shane

Derby City Banks: Shane Van Boening
Derby City 1-pocket: Corey Deuel
Derby City Nine ball: Carlo Biado
Bigfoot Ten ball Event: Darren Appleton
Straight Pool Challenge: Mika Immonen

DCC is kind of a short-set coin flip, IMO, so I'll make some purely sentimental predictions:

The magician has one more 1p title in his hat
Busty hits his gear and takes the 9-ball
Brumback/Daulton banks final - don't care who wins as long as I get to watch it

Master of the table is someone not mentioned above - is that even possible?

No, the window is not open.

Aaron

Skylar Woodward takes the banks.

Chris Gentile takes the one pocket

Shane takes the 9 ball.

Feel free to steal my picks.

I doubt Gentile cares enough about the actual event to win it, I am sure he would forfeit tourney matches if he was in a big $$ set, dont get me wrong i like his game and all but just dont see him going real deep in the tournament. IMO

Neither one of you are picking me to win banks? Nice buddies:thumbup:

I agree on the first two.

Derby City Banks: Shane Van Boening
Derby City 1-pocket: Corey Deuel
Derby City Nine ball: Francisco Bustamante or Alex Pagulayan
Bigfoot Ten ball Event: Dennis Orcollo
Straight Pool Challenge: Dennis Orcollo ( he did pretty damn good last year! )

I don't like Alex for the one-hole......
....I think he's been shuffling instead of racking.

I'm calling a Reyes-Frost final.
Reyes still has a world class game for one-pocket....
...and Frost would like to show everyone that Alex didn't break his heart.

I love Shane for the all-round.

I hope you get to play Skylar my friend.

Banks is probably his worst game, and banks is by far your best game.

It would be a dandy match.

I really mean that.

It's amazing how quickly people forget Reyes has an incredible 1P game. 5-time DCC 1P winner and just last year beat SVB in a long set, the guy that won the DCC 1P in '11, '12 and finished 3rd last year. It's amazing how many people are trying to jump on him nowadays.
