I don't know but I would like him to come back. He was an interesting character, larger than life, and loved pool.

Maybe he just got pool out of his system, but my gut feeling is Fatboy will be back. Hopefully he's doing well.
 
Yeah Chris, for someone that loves the game as much as he, it seems strange for him to
jump off and disappear without a trace.

He was spending a bit of time in Europe. He had mentioned chronic back pain and maybe considering an OP in Germany from a Dr. that he trusted.

Whatever was causing his chronic pain, I hope that it was his back and nothing else to it beyond that.

He should be back someday. Even if a person doesn't post much, it is hard to resist reading the Forums. I'm thinking that he still reads, just doesn't have much to say at the moment.

The other option is that he is taking classes and going towards a degree on how to use Spell Check.

Good one and I'm sure Fatboy would laugh about it and probably agree that it would be useful for him...lol

Wish he'd make the scene again, I enjoyed his posts and participation in all the forums. I'd say he'll be back. I remember reading that he was done with the forums, maybe he'll stick to his guns a while longer and then come back.
 
He's in LosA last I recently heard (Brentwood?), probably just laying low. I hope he's feeling better and comes back out with both guns a'blazin. God broke the mold on that eccentric, big hearted, misunderstood, guarded, risk taking, passionate, semi-thick skin man. :thumbup:

Eric, look me up again if you need some more misguidance. ;)
 
Anyone like him who disappears from pool is doing good. In Eric's case he's making lots of money period...

I have talked to him a few times in the last month. He is doing well, just not really doing pool. He still loves it.
 
Sent him a text. He told me that was the best way to get hold of him. His number may have changed by now, I haven't heard from him as of this morning.
 
he still keeps calling me at all hours of the night about that gus cue. :grin:
