Did you see Rodney complain once about having to rerack?
No, but I don't know why he doesn't. Jeffrey Ignacio is constantly over his shoulder when he is racking- literally. Very unsportsmanlike.
He's not just over his shoulder. As soon as Rodney turns around to go sit down, Ignacio touches the 1 ball.
If I were a suspicious person I'd say he was trying to force the back side gap and drop the 9 on the break. At least, I've heard that's how that trick is done.
I remember him touching the 1 ball in the 9 ball open as well.

It was way overdone, every rack come on. I don't remeber Rodney even asking for one rerack. They definately need some rule aboutit, like what they had at the CSI event.
I think he probably got a racking lesson from Mike Dechaine before the tournament. He looked like he learned from one of the best.
Danny & Al were talking about his background growing up in his Dads pool room in the beginning of the match. It was said he gambled there and gave his Dad every dime he earned. Maybe he was just attempting some sharking of Rodney. Most of it seemed to start when Rodney got ahead of him at 4 - 0.. For the record, I did not like it either, he should not have been touching the balls at all. I think Rodney said something to him at one point cause he did stop touching the balls.
Think they said it was rack your own last year, but changed back to
opponent racks this year.

he wasn't even allowing him to rack without being right next to the rack. It was outrageous- almost like Rodney was a beginner that needed help racking the balls. I've never seen anything like it actually.
Sometimes the players agree top rack your own. Last year Shane and Jason Shaw did that. I've seen Johnny archer do it with his opponents as well.
I heard rumbling that the racks are all bad. Dechaine and Dave grau took 2hrs 35 min and a ton of re racks.
I know there are head games going on but even archer was complaining about the racks. Maybe it's that new diamond wood rack they are all using. It looks like it's made of same wood that tables and lights are made out of.
Ever consider that maybe Rodney wasn't giving him good racks? Or that they had a lot of trouble racking there?
