But if they only racked 10 balls, (The 1 through 10) how can there be any misunderstanding? I personally believe that on this night 15 Balls were not used and only 10 balls were racked simply because the OP has a good reputation and really has no reason to lie, and I doubt he can mistake a full 15 ball rack for 10 balls. His version makes sense too me. If it is proven that 15 Balls were racked and the OP is lying than obviously I would withdraw my support for him in this situation. I personally know neither the OP or Finnegan, so I have no loyalty to either. I'm simply participating in an internet discussion

I was just joking around with the 10 ball/15 ball controversy, but the truth is there are two stories. And how can there be a misunderstanding? I'll tell you how, it is because the OP waited until Finny became a star to bring this up. It was too long ago. Details are fuzzy.

Btw, if you dont know OP forgive me if I dont trust your judgement of his rep. This is azb, a star of a new reality show is prime pickens to use to create some drama with a story that happened over a year ago true or not, exaggerated or not. The story from the OP could have changed a lot from what really happened but the witnesses there wont know and cant say because they dont care enough to remember something like that from over a year ago.

Basically, that if something makes your butt sting you have up to 12 months to apply for recompense. If you fail to do so within that time period and even if the butt stingER hits the lottery of becomes a famous actor on reality tv, it's tough luck for the stingEE.

I am happy about the show and Finnegan's role in its potential success.

But, we all have a past and can not undue our past injustices. The hands of time do not negate the stain on our name and reputation.

Additionally, the original poster was making a public service announcement to use caution with Finnegan.

To blast on him about some statute of limitations violation regarding the incident is out of line and diverting attention from the injustice and puts the focus on statute of limitations unnecessarily.

I feel for the victim here and wish him well. Your post has a lot of venom and further victimised the original poster.

If he is then so is the shooter and everyone else who watched the b&r yet didn't say a word to the OP or management about him getting screwed. They just allowed it to happen.


I doubt that all of those people would have allowed it to happen, especially the horse doing the shooting.

Please don't mistake my bad attempt at humor for an out of line attempt to divert attn from an alleged injustice.

And fwiw, I think your choice of words above about the op "making a public service announcement to use caution with Finnegan" sounds like it would have made a much more appropriate thread title compared to the one he chose: "Finnegan Is A Crook And A Scumbag".

LOL - I understand what you are saying but the one and only advantage the outsider has in a situation like this is he can pick the time, place and method to respond.

There are two stories and I'm not sure which one to believe but one thing for sure - the op believes he got hosed and I'd say he picked a perfect time, place and method to get his yard of skin from the guy he believes hosed him.

I've seen a lot of break&run pots. The crowd is not going to allow the tournament director to lie & screw the participant... outsider or not. There would be a commotion if something like this happened.
