I have made a few donations on AZ. I sent my Vegas Winnings to a member once who was down and out at the time. I would have spent it on something frivolous, like Beer.
He was happy and Thanked me. I would like to think that I made a bit of difference in his life.
A few others, but not to ungrateful Pro Players. And tell us exactly why Pro Players have a Negative view of AZB. Because they can no longer waltz in and get funded to the tune of $2500.00 to enter a pool tournament in Vegas. I remember on one occasion, it wasn't even the player that we were talking to, just someone posting under their name.
2 Years in a row, Hatch pops in to ask for a Wild Card Vote for the Cup. I voted, and pretty sure many others did also.
After the Cup, did he take 15 minutes to log in and say, Thanks for the Votes guys. And maybe give us a little recap of his experience playing in the Mosconi.

There are 3 members here that have considerable experience in Film and Promotion.
They gave you their opinions based on Reality, and not out of being Haters.
But this is typical. If we are not embracing people and their ideas with open arms and fawning over them, then we are the Haters and what is wrong with Pool.
I watched your entire series with Jen B and others. I gave you and the actors many compliments for yours and their efforts. We can support in other ways that don't involve a commitment of money. Times can be tough these days in North America.
People aren't tossing money around like they used to in the past.
Ya know, I don't even own the type of Bling that Finnegan was shown putting on before a game in the Promo Trailer. If that was the real deal, then he is likely doing much better than I, or many others on AZ.

See Jim - Mark was out there busting his ass, driving all over the country, talking to room owners and players of all skill levels, promoting the game and giving the players that have proven themselves a chance to make an income with more hard work. So I reached out to him - he didn't come begging to me - and I supported them.

The fact is that when someone comes on here with a new idea, they don't come here to be insulted. The idea that you guys are the beginning and end of truth is sick. Many things don't work, but some do. I like to try things, because something may just catch on some day. I didn't come here begging for anything. I came to offer a video stream of a reality show that I am going to do. Your hatred for everything that moves just gets in the way of any kind of discussion. It's just disturbing how you feel so put upon and paint everyone with the same brush as though you are forced to do anything. No one is forcing you to do anything. If you don't think it's a good idea, fine. Just don't participate. Your reputation on this forum is absolutely awful. And the fact that you seem to despise pro players doesn't seem to fit into what this forum should be about. But, maybe I'm wrong. I thought it was a place to express yourself, not a place to be malled. I don't care what you do with your money. I just offered something to you. You don't want it. Don't buy it. I never once said anything that should have been taken as insulting to you. Just an opinion based on how I have seen other members react to Players and others asking for money in the last few Moons. Myself included.
