It has no markings .
Any idea of maker or values ?

You should post more pictures of the cue. It does not look like a Meucci to me, but I am no expert. The rubber bumper just does not look like the average rubber bumper that Meucci cues have (always?) used.
 
A Chinese import designed along the theme of a Meucci gambler. I saw them around maybe 10 years ago.
 
Agreed it is a Chinese import.

For those who dont know, Meucci cues also use stickers as inlays.

The veneers on this cue are fake, so are the points.......My god what was I thinking?

Spain and Gus experimented with Wico before Bob started Meucci and produced his line with the material. Some of the old 3 point Vikings with Wico vinyl 'pop' and look pretty smart.
