Her beating Mills should wake up some of the ones left that she will be playing. Jay Helfert probably won't agree with me, but I believe she will be the best woman player ever. Yes, I saw and played Jean Balukas....and lost in 14.1. Johnnyt

She can definitely shoot.
Btw, her last name is pronounced SEN TE NYO. Not sen te no.

I agree. If she is not the greatest already, she will be in a year.

says something when people are taking even action on her against Donnie Mills. We all know he is a monster...

Cheska has lasted longer than defending champion Kevin, Karen, Sky Woodward, Earl Strickland, etc. Unfortunately, she will be facing Carlo Biado next so she will have to work harder.

Very impressive, cool under fire

Yeah, I noticed that too. During her last tournament last week, she won twice over the more experienced Allison Fisher. First match with a score of 5 to 1, then when Allison came back from the losers' side to face her in the finals, Allison surged ahead 2-0. However, she did not panic and came back to eventually win 5-4 in an alternate break format to become the champion. Her recent wins in the Amway Cup over Ga Young Kim and Kelly Fisher were very impressive too.

We do refresh my memory on what he's won

He was ahead of SVB til the mid 80's ? in a race to 100. He finished in the top 6 of The US Open 2 out of 3 years during one stretch not that long ago. He can definitely play. He has a real job and hates flying so he doesnt play in that many events.

I stand corrected, only some of us know he is a monster.

Hey, when did you play her? What bar/poolhall? Tournament or gambling?

Eric >knows Jean

I heard Cheska will be in the US for the next 2 to 3 months. It will be fun to see her compete in the next local tournaments. She will definitely give a lot of the US pros a run for their money. I saw her beat Amar Kang already. Is she strong enough to beat the likes of Vilmos Folders, Edgie Geronimo, Woodward, etc? We have to wait and see.

Mills? It was rack your own 9 ball....lol.

Eric

If you don't think Mills can play......I guess you've never seen him play. He doesn't have to lose to anybody.
Think he had a good showing at the Expo this year too.

I don't think he plays near the speed he once did,,

I saw two of his matches this week, he plays lights out. Chezka would jump a head two racks then mills would come right back, to be fair chezka did get a lucky roll on a illegal break where mills turned the table back to her.
That hurt him.
