Derby City Classic One Pocket

What's so cool about Shannon Daulton is what a decent man he turned out to be. Most who start out in the pool world at such a young age don't really turn out so well. I've just never heard a bad thing about him.

They show on the schedule, that T and Warren were playing yesterday at 4pm..?

Both with 1 loss, so I'm assuming that hasn't happened yet..?

Anyone know for sure?

Agreed with whats been said about him. He's been around for a long time and is probably the least talked about of the older generation of players from the Philippines. I don't think he's won a US open or World title, but he is always a top finisher in those fields.

Here's a link for his money finishes off the main site: http://www.azbilliards.com/people/1002-warren-kiamco/

Additionally, he has more of a compact stroke and is less flashy with his position from what I have seen. To me he gets so much movement from the cue ball with so little cueing and always seems to float the cue ball into perfect position. Great player and always threat.

I was told by one who would be in the know about pinoy pool past that Warren is not 100% Philippino, so he was considered a bit of an outsider, compared to 'full bloods'.

I am sure he is fully embraced now, though. Everybody loves a winner that isn't tom Brady.

One of my favorite players too, warren is.

Kiamco has been around forever. Somehow he gets overlooked by pool fans, but he always seems to be playing well. He won the derby city classic 9 ball division in 2015.

I remember seeing him at the WPA World 9 Ball Championships back in Arlington Heights when attending it around 1996 or 1997. The guy has been bringing it for a long time.

Tony C v. Warren K

This will be a good match, both players are in the zone.

Tony can definitely play!

been gone for a couple years, first post in a while.

D. Busch put up some new 1p matches on the pov YouTube channel and Cohan is heavily featured. When he's good, he's real good.

Tony has game. I watch him all the time. He plays out of my local bar a lot. Great guy too. Hope he wins it.

Is he scheduled to play shannon today

There is no 'scheduled to play' at the derby, coz there isn't a bracket, per se

When a round is completed, they have to do a redraw, coz there will be winners and losers who have 1 loss and get back in, and losers with 1 loss that don't get back in, and losers with 2 losses who can't get back in...so it is never known who is in the next round, until it starts.
