I think Earl is definitely the favorite in this all-around competition, given the fact that he is still competing and about ten or so years younger than Sigel.
It is interesting to think about who would be the favorite in each discipline if each player were at the peak of their career, though.
Here's my favorite in each discipline if each player were in their prime:
8-Ball: toss-up
9-Ball: slight edge to Earl, especially if he hits his top gear
10-Ball: slight edge to Earl, with a superior break
14.1: clear edge to Mike
Banks: toss-up
1-Pocket: edge to Mike
Overall: edge to Mike
