TAR 39 The Last Waltz

Old thread but I agree TAR needs to upload more videos, and should be in the hall of fame along with AccuStats for service done for the game.

I don't consider people "pool fans" unless they have watched the Earl vs Efren race to 120 and SVB vs Duel race to 100.

I have both of those sets on DVD and they're epic.

Why reply to such an old post smh, I don't get it? This is from 2014 people?

William the Conqueror kicked Harold’s ass in 1066......
...the repercussions are still being felt.

You’re missing a lot if you don’t value history.

Well Will the Conqueror had a fargo rating 30 points higher than Harold's. Duh!;)

I'm guessing the arrow through the eye pretty much ruined Harold's pool game.

This thread was referenced in the Mills/Chen thread, as the discussion turned towards the streaming of the match, and comparing the current style of streaming to what JCIN put out previously.

So that is "why" it's being brought up again. Since you asked. :p

And if you never watched any of the TAR stuff, you owe it to yourself to do so

I believe it was originally bumped by a new poster who either didn't realize it was old (he also commented on a rack question from like 07) or he was trying to gather posts in the background without realizing it would come to the foreground. Either way i've liked reading through it, i just wish i had been in to pool back then to see them live.

A couple of my personal favorites of the things they did are the podcast with Scotty Townsend and the Danny Harriman-John Schmidt one pocket DVD.

Anyone know what Justin is up to these days? I hope he is well. He surely put out a great deal of excellent content for the pool world.

Post from Justin’s Facebook in January

“After a decade in Vegas I'll be leaving at the end of this month to take a job at CCW Safe in Oklahoma City. I'm lucky as hell to get to work for and with a great group of men who provide a service that I have seen first hand save peoples lives both figuratively and in one case literally. I am excited to be a part of the special company they are building.”

Looks like they provide legal services regarding weapons liability
