RKC new business idea

If it's for a non-profit organization, it should be called a charity.
Not a business.

One of us is confused. What has actually happened so far? From what I've read, there is no contract, there is no agreement, there is no lease on the space, there is no 501c3, there is no....

"backers are" implies that there are backers. Why do you believe that?

I was referring to the money he said is/will be in escrow. I couldn't find the original post but below is a screenshot where he mentions it again.

Whether it's in escrow now or will be, I have no idea. I didn't say anything about a lease but he did say the landlord needs 5 months to setup the building and I believe the 501c3 is setup. I know the core company is setup but I do not know if it has gone through the 501.c process yet.

Chili and Robin believe because they trust RKC. Therefore it is.

Actually, he mentioned something like this about a year ago via email to me but the reality of those details was so far fetched I didn't think it was feasible and told him so at the time. This format is a bit different and although I'm still very skeptical it appears he has put things in motion for it to happen so I guess it's a hope for the best and plan for normal?

RKC running tourneys with Robin as his PR guy. The pool world almost needs this to happen...just because it's pool. Almost

You are on those smart pills again. U know who the TD is unless the snake takes a sharp turn and sends the TD in for emergency nose job. Is CJ in on this pie in the sky deal too?

I do not think CJ would get near this with a 10-foot Balabushka.

He plays with TOI (Touch Of Intelligence).

Who's holding the Escrow money? Have a nice day.

What there is is plenty of the Seattle KGB. That’s some good shit.

Can you imagine a pool player trying to raise millions of dollars from big corporations? Does he have a suit? Does he have a mailing address? Does he have a staff? Does he have a letterhead? Is he just going to walk into the big CEO's office, pound his chest, and say, "I'm god's gift to man. Give me all your money".

That's about the way I see this going down. ha ha.

Seriously though, raising money is hard. The company I'm currently at is a startup. We are developing a system to detect weapons in schools. Something that potentially every school in the country might want to buy. We have been working with investment bankers the past year trying to get a few million so that we can continue the development and get the product to market. Its not easy! And these investment bankers do this for a living.

He’s getting the cash, $1750 at a time. Shouldn’t take long with Robin’s help. :)

someone should really screw him and only send like 800 dollars.

it is really a shame glen didnt reply and defend himself or just make it right, despite that he may think he doesnt have to prove anything.
now he has to live with this stigma.

Nowadays if a corporation considers hiring someone for a responsible position they search out and review the person's internet footprint and social media. To provide millions in funding for a new project the scrutiny of the projector is even more intense.

Maybe Glen could survive that level of scrutiny of his on-line behavior, but my guess is no.

Keep on jabbering and I'll take my $3 million back and give it to cornhole.
