DCC One Pocket - final rounds

The yellow (1) is a loss (and you’ve bought back in). The gray (1) is a loss awaiting buyback.
Yeah but Fedor won that match against Evan. It's totally confusing to me.

It was a general rant:) My point is they seem to show 4 times as much 10 balls as any of the 3 major events. It's very disproportionate.
Nah, it's an invitational. Nobody wants to see any of the other crap until amazingly enough) the final 16. If they left out the 6,7,8,9 dead money players it would be awesome! Nobody wants to see Max and many others inthis event

My ideal would probably be equal # of matches for the 3 disciplines and the 10 ball. Right now the 10 balls is 15 matches, and the races are to 11. What do we get for the banks? The final 3? And what do we get for 1 hole? 3 or 4 matches? Its just completely lopsided.

Are we really doing this?

I'm drinking at least 5 more 10% beers if these are the f'ing questions coming out of the derby.

Yes, if you make 8 balls before the other guy you win. If you bank 5 balls before the other guy you win.

And for the last time if you make a legal hit and the 9 ball goes in you f#$%*&@ win!!!

I'm not sure joe biden is stupid enough to not understand this. How in the F is this so hard at this point??? Is this the first year for derby? What? No??? The f you say
Slow down Tiger! No need to stress out over this. You can also chose to ignore and not respond. Love you!

Did you reply to the wrong person? ...this makes no sense. He was asking if a number meant a buy back.

🍻Cheers mate! ;)
:)

For example, and the original reason I brough up saturation of the 10 ball in this one hole thread, THE story of the event is Efren's stellar play. And he gets almost no air time, because all the air time went to the 10 ball.

Its like that year in the big Joss event Karen Korr was killing all the top men, and they wouldn't stream her matches.

Last year -- 15 matches shown in 10-Ball, 3 in Banks, 16 in One-Pocket, 11 in 9-Ball.

This year -- 15 in 10-Ball, 3 in Banks (semifinals plus a 2-set finals), 16 so far in One-Pocket (so it will end up at 18), 2 so far in 9-Ball

This always confuses me. (0) in yellow means (0) losses. But in this example why is Fedor yellow but with a (1)?? (1) is supposed to mean you've lost once but have not bought back in?

The name in yellow has won the match, the name in grey lost the match.

(0) means the player hasn't lost a match yet (their name should always be in yellow), obviously still in the tournament.

(1B) means the player has lost and bought back in this round (their name should always be in grey). They're still in the tournament

(1) with the name in grey means the player lost and didn't buy back in. They're out of the tournament

(1) with the name in yellow means the player lost in a previous round and bought back in and won their current match. They're still in the tournament

(2) means the player has lost their second match and is out of the tournament (their name should always be in grey)

I am confused and cannot find out what's going on with the One-Pocket event. If I understand correctly, there are three men left standing: Tony, Efren, and Hennessee. The finals are today at 1 p.m. Eastern. Though some are saying Hennessee got the buy, Scott Frost on his Facebook page said Tony got the bye. The tournament brackets are unintelligible, and I cannot navigate them to find out the answer.

Here's Scott Frost's post:

I guess I am not understanding. There's a "bye" and a "buy." Is Scott referring to "buy" as in "buyback" for Tony?

After a week of crappy buffering unwatchable streams, unreliable schedule, and tough to track tournament results, DAZN and Matchroom are looking pretty special.

The amount I’ve spent on streams this week I could have gotten 3-4 months of DAZN. Just saying.
