Marcus, Have you looked into using an after hours club/teen billiard parlor that's usually closed during the day. The owner could expect to benefit when these kids get to be 18 to 21 and need a place to hang out in the evenings. Maybe an idea for an entrepreneur.

For all you old farts with cataracts. How has it affected your game. Has it made it worse? What can I expect having been diagnosed with a mild case?

How have most of you rack them? The times I've played we have always rack 3 in a row. I would think racking in a triangle would be much too easy to make balls on the break. It's a fun game and really gets exciting when everybody has several dollars in the pot.

I always wear a cap but it has to be a special cap with a short wide bill. I find that it helps block glare and I seem to focus better. Many bills are too long and interferes with vision, which forces me to wear those backwards.

I break and play with my sp player's 20 hours every week for the past 6 years. It's still very straight. Best $40 I every spent. So what if it's not a work of art. An impressive cue isn't going to put more balls in the pocket. Besides I never have to worry about it being stolen.
