mike bender and chris nitti, 3 years ago these were stolen by porthuron Bill and 2 unknown accomplices , and he attempeted to sell them back to me and was arrested.and know is out with a warrent for his arrest.and monday 2 rocket scientist attempted to sell these 2 back to me for 2000.00. admitting they knew they were stolen , and right now they are staying for free at the county hotel, and singing to save there butts!:thumbup:

thanks ! what is funny the first criminals tried to sell me my cues back and got busted at cabellas! we met the second set of rocket builders at cabellas!and they got picked up. Robert frost out of ky. i offered him a 500.00 reward and he refused saying he wanted 2000.! that was all he could take! I let him know they were my property and i could just get them back. but he insisted on 2000 because that is what the sooo call guy he was gambling aginst lost!so i took my friends from the state police post and they took his car his phone and his cues. gave him a free stay ath the hotel ala cell block. and a couple felonys to roll with! AHH THE FUN OF EXTORTION! AND DRIVING ACROSS 2 STATE LINES TO COMIT A FELONY!
 
Nothing worse the dirt bag pool cue thefts. Glad you got them back ! I hope the guys find some "nice" boyfriends in the slammer !!!

So this guy knew the cue was stolen but was holding out for a larger reward?

How did RF get hooked up with you? Either a huge coincidence or the "person" he was playing told him they were yours. Its great you got them back and they look to be in fine shape still, but anyone in their right mind would have tryed to sell them to someone else first so you really got lucky it looks like. It would be nice to know who he was playing that had them.....

THE GUY CALLED ME ON MONDAY SAYING HE HAD MY CUES AND WANTED TO SELL THEM,I TOLD HIM THEY WERE MY PROPERTY AND LEAGLY THEY WERE MINE. BUT I OFFERED HIM A REWARD OF 500.00 AND I WOULD HAVE LET IT GO. BUT HE INSISTED TO SELL THEM TO ME FOR 2000 BECAUSE HE KNEW THEY WERE WORTH ALOT MORE!, well who ever had them played them, so if any azers know the bender from somone in the cincatti /ky area that would help.
This is another testament to stolen property is never yours! and sooner or later theives get caught . and if you are going to steal cues they are easy to track. and the last person that they can be tracked to is the one that the police nab!

Robert's defense

I know Robert well and have always thought he was a pretty good guy. His honesty and integrity was beyond repute in our relationship. He has always treated me respectfully and others I observed him around. I hope that this is some type of mix up and hopefully it will get resolved. I think more will come about this story and Robert's name will be cleared up. He should of took the 500 and did the right thing. Sometimes in pool and gambling we get caught up with the wrong folks and I truly believe Robert did acquire the cues from a gambling debt and was probably short on money so he held out and thought Bill would give him 2k. That was his mistake and greed. Overall Robert Frost is a good guy and spiritual. I'm sure he is praying to the man now. We all make mistakes. I hope he stays strong and comes through all of this ok.
