That is a beauty, who made it?

Great cue

well with only one day left in 2010 I have to get mine in. I took a short splice forearm with points and butterfly spliced it into a cored handle never been done until now.

I THINK THIS ONE SAYS IT ALL !! PLEASE DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME LEAVE IT TO THE PROFESSIONALS!

I would love to see this cue in person. So far it would have my vote.

We will stick to one category and one cue as the final cue chosen. I think some will be surprised at the results. I should have named this the "AZB Cue of the Year" thread. Although the Manzino won the ICCS award, that does not mean it will win here, but it might. There are more people here that prefer a cue made with fine wood combinations over a cue with tons of intricate inlays. That is why I thought this thread would be fun.

However, the main point is to show cues that were delivered to AZ'ers straight from the cuemaker in 2010... no matter how fancy or plain they are.

There are still many cues that have not been posted... a few that come to mind are ScottR's Tucker, Kam's Brazilian RW Burl Schick, and thePavlos "Flaming Goose" Mobley cue.

So keep posting up cues and we will see what happens!
Just saw the thread. This Tucker is the only new one I received directly from the cue maker this year. Simple, classic player.

Scott

I wish I could say that I received this cue this year, but alas..... Sean Mullaney is/was the owner. Just submitting for him.

Seans Golden Cue made by Dennis is my favorite along with Bob Manzino's evolution cue.
2 distinct styles but both flawless in their execution.
2 of my favorite CMs also.

My personal Cue of the Year

This is for me the Cue of the Year ... delivered in 2010 to John

Just my taste .... a simple Player ... old school .... just a few tasteful inlays

Berny

Ok folks the day has come. I just recieved my brand new rosewood wrapless Tascarella today. All I can say is WOW. I am literally speechless. I've had a lot of cues in my hands but thing is a real beauty. Just simply beautiful. I feel extremely grateful to be able to own such a masterpiece. Thanks Pete!!!

Enjoy the pics everyone, John

Good day everyone, I certainly will post pictures Fatboy mentioned earlier, I just could not have done it yet. I will get to my laptop tomorrow and will share then - for now I could just log in on my phone and say that I am on it.

So far there have been a great array of fantastic cues in this terrific thread (which was a splendid idea to come up with)

Well, finally I am here at my laptop, ready to upload and share... and while I assume Fatboy might have preferred a bit less pictures shared I took the courage and actually decided to upload a few more, since there can hardly ever be enough pictures to tell the whole story that's in this cue. I hope that he does not mind :-)
I tried my best with the camera, I hope you can enjoy the shots of this truly magnificent piece of art.

First a shot of the entire cue:

Ok, I'm sold this is my choice! (the BB inlaid with gold)

Eric's BB is certainly very striking, but I for one am shocked that it is a twin to Tikkler's cue. With Tony's creativity, I am surprised he made two cues so similar. Believe me, I would love to own either one... but if I were to shell out that kind of cash for a cue, I would certainly want it to be a one-of-a-kind in every way.

Just my opinion... the voters will decide!

jamie although the same style its no where near the same imo,,,,,much more inlay in this, vines near the joint/points, inlays near the butt prongs, other stuff too & alot of gold which makes them both different. i know they appear same style as steves, erics cue is alot different in many ways and is the largest one made to date

Fatboy's BB

Eric,
Awesome cue!
I love how the inlays are bordered, they make the cue look 3-D. Especially in the nose.
Congrats.
