2011 Josey full splice conversion test hit only

I got a custom from josey a couple years ago and was very happy with the cue. Keith does top notch work at a good price. These are nice conversions. Glws.
 
I sold this cue to Mr Perry Tollefson about 2 months ago. I got an email from paypal this morning stating the buyer hadn't received this cue. My account is now in the negative. My question is .... How do you sell something if you never received it? BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
 
I'll take it but I insist we use escrow. I also insist it be through Mr. Chuckles.

If possible I'd like to ask the moderators to please lock this thread as it's the only legal evidence I have right now. USPS can not track a package without a tracking number which I disposed of a while ago. Had I known a problem like this was going to occur I would have saved the tracking info, the buyer was happy when he received the cue, I can't believe this is happening. Thanks for the support so far from everyone.
 
I originally sold this cue to chuckles...i won it in the raffles that were held on here ...so if there is something that i can do just let me know

Have you tried to contact him? Could be his paypal got hacked?

Hope you get this bad situation resolved Chuckles. You're a A++++ stand up guy and certainly don't deserve this.

Although I'm not sure why we're moving (purported stolen) items that are for sale out of the for sale section.....:confused:

My thoughts exactly. Chuckles have you contacted him? I built him a cue not too long ago & he was just super and the deal was ultra smooth. In no shape form or fashion did he seem the least bit shady. I just emailed him in case his acct. was indeed hacked or there is some type of an error somewhere somehow and maybe he isn't aware of the situation. Chuckles I'm sure you have his address but if you need his email then shoot me a pm. I really hope he rights the ship & works this out.
