The thirteenth annual International Cue Collector Show (ICCS) will be held this year in Denver (Westminster), Colorado, at the beautiful Westin Westminster Hotel. The Show has been held in some of the United States` most prestigious locations, and the tradition continues this year at the Westin Westminster.
PUBLIC INVITED
The event is open to the public on Saturday, August 29, from 1:00-5:30PM. There is a modest charge for entry.
CUES FOR SALE/COLLECTIONS ON DISPLAY
The ICCS provides a venue for many of the top cue collectors in the world to display some of their most attractive, interesting and historic cues, and to view and have an opportunity to purchase some of the best new work by selected top cuemakers from around the world.
BILLIARD ANTIQUES/EPHEMERA
In addition to the finest array of cues and cases on earth for sale and on exhibit, we are pleased to announce that this year, in association with the Chicago Billiard Museum, the ICCS will feature an unequalled display of rare billiard antiques, collectibles and artifacts from some of the finest collections in the country. Many have never been seen before by the general public. This is a unique opportunity and a nice new element to the show. For information on requirements to be an exhibitor of billiard antiques, please send a PM to Mr. Bond on AZ or send an email to info@chicagobilliardmuseum.org. Again, this is only for the billiard antiques element of the show.
SPECIAL COLLECTION: GREAT CITIES OF THE WORLD
One of the highlights of each year`s show is the Special Collection, a group of cues optionally made by participating cuemakers all along a similar theme. This year the set of cues will be The Great Cities of the World. The cues will be sold individually in a special auction that ends during the public session on Saturday to the highest bidders in attendance.
The event is held in a different location each year, and brings cuemakers and casemakers, collectors and attendees from all over the United States, Europe, South America and Asia. For additional information about the show, contact Will Prout at prout5809@aol.com
